Harness Tai Chi Power with These Secrets

Sifu Singh Reveals how he uses internal martial arts liek tai chi and qi gong in order to develop power in his other martial arts. Tai Chi, a martial art rooted in Chinese philosophy, offers a unique approach to developing power through principles like alignment, internal energy cultivation, slow and controlled movements, spiraling energy, whole-body integration, rooting, yielding, and partner exercises. By emphasizing relaxation, fluidity, and sensitivity, Tai Chi enables practitioners to generate power efficiently while maintaining balance and stability. Add these principles into your training and we promise you will not be disappointed.

And some say that Tai Chi is useless in actual fighting. Yet, internal martial arts are just as important as external martial arts.

the problem with a lot of taiji guys is they never learned external kung fu first with long range strike including kicks. Best to learn long fist and sanda (free style) then eventually go into internal. so learn hard then soft then hard and soft together with internal core. (this is my 30 year training)

unfortunately 90% of people dont understand chinese martial arts and call them useless, but people who do just like the guy in the vidéo are gems🫰🏽

SIfu Singh smiling when he talked about "go home and try it for 30 mins challenge". People who haven't done it have no idea how difficult it is to do. In the beginning of this type of training you will find agony you never expected.

It's difficult to hold the postures for 10 seconds. Sometimes, it feels like a minute, and I'm like literally dying in the inside..

Yesssssssss! Thank you for sharing your secret. I plan to incorporate it into my dynamic isometric training. How long do you recommend holding your position? How many reps do you recommend? Recovery time? Thank you, Sifu.

Very nicely explained. Often people either get lost in the forms or in the syntax - it is best to directly experience without interference from the mind. Use the mind to build the frame, and then release.

I think a straight line beats a circle each time every time. There are straight lines in nature, every stem of a flower, just as a simple example.

But they grow out of a spiral 🌀 If where talking nature my dude, nature runs on curves because it runs on efficiency. Where not talking how does the crow fly, where talking about building strong structure. That’s arcs and curves
