I have that fan on my bike to. I’m going to add the ultracool system and the flow oil filter with it. It alone didn’t do much to the temperature for me. I do live in south louisiana though.

Just put this on my bike. It's a must have seeing I live down south.

Do they make this fan kit for the LRST?

This thing should come on the bikes. They’re pre wired for it ! I got this on when I did the cam. Wish I did on the 2019 FLHR.. blew a head gasket from heat Lesson learned. The fan is mad potent. *u can test it by turn on bike Don’t start it Peg the throttle and then it’ll fire up

@@ghostgr43got a 2023 road glide standard last July. Just put a 124 in it. I had that fan on from day one. Prob is POWERVISION doesn’t directly support that fan on the post 2021 bikes. Used to have a box u click. There is a work around where u gotta copy some code out of the Harley tune and insert it into the PV Calibration. I got a bad ass tuner who been doing it for ages and he can’t get it to work. Went down to Daytona with the 124 in fkn 85* heat in lots of traffic and oh boy was the bike mad. I used the EITMS to help out. Oil was BLACK in my external breather hose. Bet those oil temps were up toward 300. Hope they can get this done before summer here in chi town. They can do it if they plug into the Harley computer but they don’t want me flagged

They probably once were installed but before they left the assembly line, the accountants had them removed so they could make more money. If Harley made Jet Skis, they’d overheat.

Thanks for the Dynojet tip. I had no idea that was capable of programming the fan.

I agree with this! I was planning on bringing my bike up to Harley to flash it, but now ill just use my PV.

When I brought my 2017 Street Glide, mine came with it from the dealership. I think being in California, especially in the I.E. (Rancho Cucamonga) It's mandatory. It comes on automatically. Also lane splitting is legal here for the same reason for the heat. My first time hearing that fans were optional.

Added the fan to my RG 114 with the stage 2 and haven’t experienced no excessive heat at all, not even close to my 117” twin cam. Proper tune is paramount!

Hey what is the part above the oil cooler called with the fins. I seen road glide st for sale near me but needed the oil cooler replaced and that part above it replaced as well due to them being dented but I can't find the name of that part anywhere to look it up.

How do you get congi 2 ? Mine only says one

Does the PV tuner have to be married to that particular vehicle to set up the fan ?

Do you think that oil cooler is a better purchase than the HD cool flo fan? Also, I love the bag liners, but not crazy that is has in inner bag so to speak. Does that come out only leaving the liner that touches the saddlebag?

The Cool Flo isn’t really for reducing engine temperature, it’s to remove that heat from moving up to the rider/passenger. Oil cooler fan is for motor cooling.

That’s why I stopped buying Harley’s. Have to spend money on things that should have been installed from the factory. This fan is the worse. Not only do you have to buy and install the fan but then spend more money to activate it.

That fan won’t be enough to cool any motor on a performance performance bagger beware if you only have this fan alone and you feel protected you’re wrong

Harley WOULD charge $275 for a $50 fan...smh
