Thanks for this review of the Heritage Classic motorcycle. This adds a lot more information about your travels. I would really like you to do a similar trip on the Yamaha FJR 1300, so I could see your evaluation on my favorite ride.

Glad you enjoyed it! . My next two trips will be on foot so it may be a while before the next motorcycle adventure
Mark, those Heritages look beautiful! Comfy and rugged🌅

All of the above - the windshield just needs to protect the rider a little bit more at high speeds and then you are very close to the perfect Harley.
From Camera to Harley, i know you are the Artist. Great.

Some viewers find it odd that I have done a Harley review - but I was a photojournalist writing articles for motorcycle magazines when I was in my 20s writing travel stories. My background is as a photographer and not an equipment reviewer.

@@AlphaCreativeSkills Great ‼️ my husband is a photographer he also likes the Harley Davidson collection even though it's over priced, the price here is 300% more than in America,
They should give you some kind of award for this excellent review
I've always admired the 'vintage' looking HD's but my all-time favorite will always be my 2002 Road King Classic in Luxury Blue/Birch. I was offered too much $$ for it and don't have it any longer. :( The Heritage, IMO, need white-walled tires though!! Ride safe, Mark!

Definitely need white walls.
Almost bought one but instead bought a 2020 Harley Low Rider S. Added Hard Viking Saddle Bags, took off stock Fairing and replaced it with a windshield, front crash bars, a saddle-man step up seat. a quick release rear rack with sissy bar. I also plan on replacing the stock mufflers with Vance and Hines onesnd passenger pegs.

I have a blacked out 2020 Heritagae 114. Except in 2020 they left the pipes Chrome. I added some beautiful chrome Tabs with the Zombie baffles. LAF, especially during acceleration and decel. Love the bike and I’ve owned a Riad King and prefer the Heritage

Sounds great!
I have the 2018 Anniversary with the 114. I've had just about every modern Harley and the Heritage is my favorite. I have a 2022 Low Rider st and if I'm going any distance I take the Heritage.
Did 3,300 miles across the US on the 21 Heritage . Loved it . and bought one when I returned home to Ireland . Heading to Spain on it in a week . BTW it is 1867 cc so I'd say 1900 as cars round up. Would like to have somewhere to store the windshield while riding. Definitely prefer the ride without it. Correct about those saddle locks. Dodgy.

Very nice!
Please tell me, I have a Canon 5 d m3. I want to change it to mirrorless. Initially R6m2 or Sony a 7m4. Or should I buy the R5 right away? Sony a7mr5. I can buy a camera once and I won't be able to anymore. There is a Canon 24-105 L 1 lens of the first version. Megapixels are welcome.

I always park it in gear. Just picked up a 2023 Atlas/ Silver metallic with the chrome engine. I love mine 😎 Your right about the bags shutting. If you just lift the top up and goes in. Five ga tank, I always liked the separate turn switches….. good review 😎
I've got an 09 Heritage had it for 14 years I have the tallest windshield you can get on it no buffer

Not sure if this model Heritage has a choice of windshield heights.
How is the comfort level riding about 250 miles a day? Are the Saddlebags durable?
@AlphaCreativeSkills

We did some 8 and 10-hour rides and could still walk at the end of the day. I have an old man's back and didn't have a problem. I will leave it for owners of this model to comment on the durability of the saddlebags over time. The construction appears to be OK but the design of the locking mechanism could have been better.
Hi! Cool videos, everything is clear and understandable. Good luck.

Awesome, thank you!
Great video mate. Thanks a lot. I am looking at a 2023 Heritage or a Fat BOB 114. Still undecided...even though I will travel a bit with the bike... Cheers

Not sure how the Fat Bob handle’s compared to this Classic - I would choose handling over looks
There's so much torque in those 114 motors i never uss 3rd or 5th gear. Boom

@thelatenightbar they are great bikes put some decent pipes an air cleaner and a thundermax tuner on it and you'll never want to stop riding it.
The windshield causes speed wobbles. I bought this bike at the beginning of the year and im super sad with the handling and performance. I was told it's a touring bike, but it's not. It's best for around town and short rides.
@AlphaCreativeSkills

Didn’t get any wobbles at speeds of 80 miles per hour during our 1500 mile test ride. Sometimes spent 8 hours each day in the saddle. Check your bike for a defect.
J'ai acheté le modèle 2022, j'en suis enchanté, au niveau confort et maniabilité; je conseille toutefois le dosseret pilote

I would value a better screen (wind shield) above a backrest. I wouldn't want anything that would help me to fall asleep on those hundred mile straight roads in the USA.

I like my blacked out Heritage, it's like an old black and white Holywood movie star, Humphry Bogart of Glarke Gable. I need to fit some white wall tyers to complete the look.
