Harley Benton - MV4 P - The Classic
Музыка
The MV-4PJ offers both aesthetics and tones. It has an alder body, here in a Seafoam Green finish, paired to a bolt-on caramelized Canadian hard rock maple neck with a laurel fretboard. The pearloid block inlays and matching headstock add to its eye-catching style. You get a blend of an alnico 5 single-coil pickup at the bridge and a split single-coil pickup at the mid position, ensuring detailed tones that cut through in any mix, perfect for any style of music you can throw at it. The brass saddles on the bridge maintain stable tuning and enhance sustain, complemented by reliable die-cast tuners. Whether it's studio work, live gigs, or casual playing, the MV-4PJ is a reliable tool for laying down the groove.

The magic touch of Alinco V pickups... Very nice sounding.
Whoa! First time I heard you talk my man!
Beautiful looking and sounding
I just got this guy, with a J pickup as well. Very happy with it, especially for the price.
The best Harley Benton pickups... perhaps in the future a bass with 2 of your P Pick-ups 😉🕺🤗
Do these have the fatter P-bass necks, or are they the same as the thin and flimsy jazz necks that you use on the Enhanced P?

@@jarpur82 Too bad :/ I sold my Enhanced simply because I couldn't stand the neck. It bent so easily that it felt/sounded like I had a vibrato/trem bridge on the bass. I'd rather have a really sturdy 3- or 5-piece baseball bat neck. You can make very thin necks sturdy as well, with carbon fibre reinforcements rods, but that will also increase the price of production a lot. The cheapest way to get a sturdy neck is making them multi-piece and fat.
What’s the weight on this thing?
The fret buzz is horrible, you should have the instruments set up before you demo them.

New strings on a bass sound like that. It's a great sound.

@@MegaDeox not only on certain frets they don't. It's not a great sound, it's a grating sound. I have never owned a bass that sounded like that, then again, I always set them up properly.

Roundwounds have a distinct rattly sound.

@@dontrlycare556 When set up properly it won't. I set mine per Fender's recommendations to the letter and I don't have fret buzz and I don't have a soft touch.

Cosa ti aspetti da uno che ha i tic
sick finish! would be cool to hear some heavy distorted picked tones in the demos - just put a rat in front of the amp a la kris novoselic ;) great demo otherwise!
