This is my third movie so far. I'm loving these Harlequin movies.

The Harlequin series is amazing! That old time love!

Absolutely worth watching. You won't be disappointed! The scenery is so beautiful!

Good movie!! great story with a happy ending!!

I love love love this movie. Watched it when I was 16 and wanted to be a genealogist so bad. Helped 2 of my classmates find their birth parents! So happy to have found this on YT!!!!! I also tried to name my 1st daughter Jordan, but my mom had a fit.

I can beat that. It is my 21st time!!!!!

I love this movie 🎥. I love the plot, the couple looking up history and the music box. I love that they travel from New York, Milan,Italy, to Budapest exotic beautiful locations. Travel adventure with a touch of romance. I can't wait to see the end and who ends up with the box and what comes of Nick and the Historian. Will the movie 🎥 end in New York as it began? A unique believable story, I love it. I also love the show shrouded in mystery. I love the way they integrate art, in dance, the ballet, the ball where they waltze and the lovely architecture of some of the buildings. The acting is also good. This is a very well composed movie, it has many good elements. Thanks so much for posting this movie. God speed. God bless you.

A lovely story about hope, family and love. It feels good to see a positive story with a happy ending.

That’s why I love watching Turkish series (with subtitles of course).. everything is so much slower..Turkish films & series are fabulous

I remember this style in the 80s and 90s. It was comfortable and conservative and not really figure complementary. However now everything looks like you are going clubbing or wearing your lingerie.

I have to agree that the fashion in this movie is pretty bad. Might be true to the time but there were better options they could have chosen to compliment the actors/actresses body types and coloring. I also hated her shoes throughout the movie - just not practical

I don't know I miss them though but maybe modern ones won't capture the magic and essence of the old movies I hope one day they make more and it makes it to the theaters

Good movie, but the background knowledge of the writer(s) is a little 'fuzzy'. Photography was in it's infancy between about the 1830's and the 1860's,,,,,,,, not 1913 or thereabouts.........

Not related. If she is her Aunt Kitty she had to have married Jordan’s Uncle. Kitty had no siblings other than Lost sister.

The end is terrible, the actress who dragged the music box out of the wardrobe… not the right one for her role.

I can’t do it if they’re in bedroom right away…too much negative programming taking place!!!!

That's wrong. If her grandmother was his great-aunt, they would be 2nd cousins, not 4th cousins.

Russian nobility had no primogeniture, so they would both be counts.

Bad casting...she looks too old and maternal...more like his older sister than a lover. This thought ruined the movie for me.

I investigated. The movie was 1994. Both born in July. She was born in '56 and he was born in '61 so, at the time, she was 38 and he was 33. But, yeh he looks too young for her and putting the premature grey in his hair didn't help. In fact that looks kind dumb. The makeup artist could have done better.

She speaks no Hungarian so why are we to believe she knows what all the documents mean! I get so annoyed with films that think we are stupid! 😡

Wonder why the assassin decided to go overboard with the killings, if he was only working for the old aunt, that had the music box all along, she only wanted them scared away, what was he going to gain by going against her plans and killing everyone, or he was just a psycho who like the thrill of killing. Laugh at the fashions from back then, but a good story with a bit of mystery, instead of the usual candy romances.
