Hardest Geezer Russ Cook: The First Brit to Run the Length of Africa

Ойын-сауық

The Hardest Geezer, Russ Cook has finally crossed the finish line. After days, more than 10,000 miles across 16 countries, he joins GMB in the studio to talk about what it's been like since completing his final leg of the journey. Russ reveals how he didn't waste any time eating all his favourite food as soon as he landed back home following his amazing challenge running the length of Africa. Having raised over £800k for charities and hoping to reach a million, Russ chats to Ed and Kate about whats next for his running adventures.

They said that because it turns out he wasn't the first person. Once the story got big it came out that at least 1, maybe 3 people had done this before. He was the fastest, he took the longest route, but he almost certainly wasn't the first.
