Some interesting strengths and weaknesses on display here - like despite some loose shots Lau was saved by generally doing a great job getting the ball to the back of the court... This sort of compensating for imperfections by getting fundamentals right is more helpful to me than the superhuman top guys!

Looks like elshafei should've taken the line behind lau, instead of going infront of him. Unfortunate ending but I think it was the right call

yes, tricky one, but it was pretty tight, my initial reaction was that Elshafei should have gone behind Lau rather than create his own interference so no let probably fair@@cookesam6

2nd bounce is on the back wall and he cant volley it so I think no let is not unreasonable. A let is also fair. 'Terrible' is not how I would describe it
