It's painful how everyone only takes home "a woman should be submissive" but nothing about the husband reciprocating love(which involves respect, care, good treatment, not being battered, support/encouragement....). Christian women suffering in silence for sake of submission 😪 Some men need therapy/counseling or don't love their wives but you'll only hear "keep praying for them". May women find a true loving man before submitting🙏.

This is so true. Marriages these days is so full of ungodly and abuse and unfaithful. The worldly living and media and Hollywood and Facebook ect. No God and Bible. There is hope. To change our evil ways. Men and Women . Jesus Christ is the only way to a good relationship.

Some women are going through a lot in the hands of thier husbands. If the woman says anything they would say she is not submissive. They keep citing Sarah as example in the scripture. There is no place in the scripture where abraham abused Sarah instead he loved and honour her. Submission without love is oppression. The word of God needs to be obeyed. Husbands love your wives and women should submit to thier husbands.

The bible did not give conditions to women to see before submitting to thier husbands. This is the problem, stop looking for reasons why you must submit and submit because God has said so. The same goes to the man, a man must love his wife because God has said so. This is the fundamental truth.

@@EA-xd1jr u right there is no condition to this but as a man if u have a wife who constantly spits in your face drag you in the mud, embarrasses you both private and publicly, giving you no peace of mind, I know you will still love her deeply right? This relationship is not conditional but it's symboitic. If this woman does her part of respecting you as her husband, I know it would be easier for you to do your part. Though all said above is not a licence for you not to love her, the love a man should have for his wife should be unconditional, irrespective of what the woman may do or may not do but if a woman can submit to her husband it would make things easier for the two of them. And this goes vice versa.

The question is to the woman, "what kind of man did you marry, and why did you decide to follow him?". If you know that the man who is on your case is very poor at leadership, why don't you live him alone?? Submission is not proportional to Leadership this is nonsense! Read Ephesians 5, it clearly shows that wives submit to their husbands first! Then follows with husbands loving their wives and this love is expressed through them perfecting their wives by the Word of God. The scripture instructs wives to submit just as the church is to submit to Christ. Our submission to Christ is not proportional, we are to submit wholly FIRST! And allow ourselves to be Perfected in the word. We are not to grade christ and submit incremental depending on how well we deem he performs. Let's teach from scripture and not our opinions please!

My Sister.. May I submit that a lot of times we as women marry the wrong man! Did God tell you to marry this man? Was there confirmation that this man is your husband? Some times we bring pain upon ourselves because we do not seek God in whom to marry. If half of the women asked God if this is my husband, some would not be experiencing what they are! Why, some women don't ask God? Because we don't want to hear God say "No". We say oh he is so handsome. Oh he is rich. Oh he has a nice physique. Oh he is so smart. We tell God who we want to marry. Instead of allowing God to tell us who to marry. So God allows us to marry whomever we want, then after marriage the true colors come out. You made the choice, therefore God is not obligated to something He did not give approval on!! For example, let's say you have $5 in one fist. Your second fist contains $10. Your child comes up and he chooses which fist he wants you to open. Your child chooses the hand with the $5. Now, he could have chosen the other hand but he decided on his own which hand to choose. You show your child that there was $10 in the other hand. But it's too late because he chose the $5 hand. Who's fault is that? You can not make a decision, not consult God for guidance and say Lord bless my marriage! No, he will say I did not tell you to marry him in the first place. We must be wise my Sisters! We must seek God. Why? Because God knows that man you like is a cheater. God knows that man you like or imare in love with a liar. God knows that man you want sooooo bad will be a womanizer. God knows that man will be a gambler. But you did not ask him. As I speak, I am seeking God's confirmation on a man whom I feel is my husband. Why? Because God is way more smarter than I. God can see things that I can not see. God can see 25 years down the road what life will be like. How many times have I heard the word No! This is not the one! I obeyed what was told unto me. I can tell you as sure as day. If I had married this one guy whom I 'thought'was a good catch, he would have killed me. Why? God allowed me to see that he had a problem with his temper. Yes, he was in the church. Yes, he even taught Sunday School. But, the answer was NO because he had a temper! Now if I had married him anyways, whatever may have transpired would have been my fault. Why? Because I was told No. Lord help you all who don't even bother with asking God's direction! Just giving you all something to think about..... 🤔 Love you all but we must take responsibility for our actions..... If God says NO its for a reason! Lord help you if you don't even bother to ask! 💝💖
