Your husband truely loves you. U said u disrespect him, meaning u do it knowingly. Count yourself lucky that upon the disrespect he's still there for and with you. Most men in this generation will just dump u or even if there are still there, their mind is somewhere else. It's very good u are amending it ways. Thank you Pastor Mildred. You really hit the nail on the head. We are guilty of almost, if not all that you have talked about. One concern I have is the second mistake you mentioned. Women should not support their husbands' wrong decisions. This has caused a lot of problems in marriages. Most men don't see it this way. They feel they are not being supported by their wives. My advice most times to women is that they should air their views respectfully but shouldn't stop there: rather, they should also go on their knees and pray for their husbands. God always honours our prayers when we're sincere. May God continue to bless you as you bless others.

Grassland & merged together 🤣🤣I can't. I'm not married yet but learning alot. This respect thing alot of us don't understand it. I'm reading a book called "Love & Respect" by Dr. EMERSON EGGERICHS and it opened my eyes to alot. Men definitely need respect and women should even respect thier husbands more than pastors. Sholz TV Yeah, but these guys don’t respect their woman back. And that’s a big problem. I believe that a man deserves exactly what he dishes out. If he is disrespectful to his woman it is dead wrong for her to respect him. Dissing him back is the way. If he is free to express himself than so is she. I think of the old TV sitcom Honeymooners with Ralph and Alice as the model. Ralph was disrespectful to Alice and Alice dissed him back.

@@bc1248 what you say here about disrespect goes back to the foundation of the relationship. Was he respectful of you at the start of the relationship? A lot of women forge ahead in bad relationships choosing to overlook bad behaviours telling themselves he will change once we are married. Have you heard the saying, Love is blind, Marriage is the eye opener? The truth is that it only gets worse. You cannot change what you choose to tolerate. I say to the young ladies I mentor, to always very carefully scrutinise how the man in your life behaves around his sister, his aunties, his mother and his grandmother as well as other women in general. Yiu can almost be certain that how he treats other women in his life, is how he will treat you. If you are not comfortable with how he responds to other women, do not tolerate it. Walk, because if you choose to ignore it, you will soon discover that you already saw the warning signals but chose to ignore it.

diaspora voice I understand what you’re saying and you are right. But I was just saying that a woman shouldn’t respect a man who doesn’t respect her. I believe that people are best suited to their kind. Sometimes two people love each other but they on a different level in being. They may be disrespectful to each other but still love each other like Ralph and Alice really loved each other but dissed each other. So I do not believe that a woman should be sentenced to respect when a man does not respect her. If he disses a woman she should diss him back. A man might actually a respect a woman who socks him with truth. Knowing that she’s not dumb enough to respect him when is blunt to her. Never mind that respect foolishness bcuz he’s not on that level. Wallop him left and right with truth. Be as blunt to him as he is to her.

Yho, u know watching this video I become emotional, because I'm married n I'm 31years of age, n now I didn't see the wrong things that I was doing to my husband, disrespect is the only thing that breaks things and lead our husband to cheat n change towards us, n I salute you, every thing you said it's true need to stand up and start making right things, thank you for the good tips or can I say advice, dankie 🙏

Being the voice of reason in my husband's life. Acts 5:1-11 Stand up for the truth. I determine the legacy my husband leaves for the children. Tell him the truth prayerfully and respectfully 3. Familiarity. Respect is the major need of a man. He is to be treated with honor and respect. 4. Not taking care of myself. Looks: Men are moved by what they see.
