They only come with so much smoke in them, once that leaks out, they are done.

They smoke a lot at first but they burn really clean after that! Large diameter boring is really rough on your drill -- go very slow. Good to see you back on your channel.

Not everything at Harbor Freight sucks tho. Me n my cousin have an entire collection of Bauer stuff n havent had any issues with them. Maybe just dont buy the cheapest shit they have in the store 🤷

I totally agree, Harbor Freight sells some great stuff. It simply wasn’t rated for drilling though that thick steel bumper.

I use a old drill made for mixing cement 😂 it drills through anything and you can put all your weight on it and it doesn’t stop

Sounds like that old drill is pretty stout! Sometimes the old tools were just make better

Some tools are not designed for extension cords but this tool isnt designed for anything.

They make great products at a fair price. This drill on the other hand however simply couldn’t handle drilling though this thick of material.

Its actually my 7.3 Powerstroke. I was drilling a hole in the rear bumper to fit the 7pin trailer wiring harness. Sounds simple, but it was quite a lot of work🤣!
