yeah Luke didn't leave loose ends. He was a very twisted version of a boy scout.. he was prepared for every contingency, including someone like Victor plotting his demise. they have to bring him back somehow because nobody else seems equip to handle Victor or Peter.

Whatever that is on top of Tracy's head, looks ridiculous! Either dye her hair completely plantinum or completely brown. Her hair design was a bad idea.
