ALWAYS ask if your being detained. Thompson and HSU versus the chief of police of the metropolis states any part of the first hour of an illegal detainment is a minimum of £500 compensation. Being illegally detained automatically leads to assualt and battery. The legal definition is the fear of being harmed. If you are being detained that means you are not free to leave and if you attempt to leave they can use reasonable force againt you hence the assualt and battery. The tyrant pigs have to have a reasonable articulable suspicion that you have committed an offence. We the public are legally and lawfully entitled to know under what section of what act we are being detained under. The tyrant pigs are CONTRACTUALLY obliged to identify under their own police policy.

Embarrassing and a confidence killer . I just purchased some items from Sainsbury’s on my way to the gym. Put my hood up to get into gym mode and because as you can see the sun wasn’t shining and that is enough for them to assume a crime has been committed so to hold me there while they investigated !!!! For the record Sainsbury’s and their staff had no problem with me in fact the lady on the counter was extra pleasant that day

This amounted to there having previously been shoplifting and that the guy put his hood up on leaving and walked quickly. Proof enough that the Police are still failing to learn what Reasonable Grounds are.

They actually rang me on Wednesday and said they’re going to sort out a sit down with the officers but they work a 4 day on 4 off system . I Plan to video and post 🤞🏾 I’ve already been told by the that officer that the officers were at fault (which makes me think they’ve seen this video hahaha ) Thanks for the support and hopefully you’ll see part 2 soon 🤞🏾

I had some golf clubs stolen from my van whilst walking my dog by some playing fields last summer and they asked me to knock on the houses on that road if they have door bell cameras and see if they’d mind sharing the footage with them haha which I thought was rude at the time but now I understand that to have been a good interaction with them

@@danielpartington.xtremecore If it happens again one simple question "Am I under arrest yes or no officer?" refusal to answer you can reasonably think you're not, then simply walk away if they physicly stop you say "I'm answering no questions without a lawyer and will only give my details to a custody seargant as required by law if you're arresting me". Then stay silent only answer if you require medical needs qhilst being held.

They are correct that they can stop anyone, so their bodycam footage should be reviewed to see what sort of people they are stopping. If I was a shoplifter I wouldn't go in my scruff. I saw a documentary on shoplifting once where a woman would drive from one Marks and Spencers to the next one and get refunds for the things she shoplifted from the first shop. They following respectable looking people round the shop, and it's people who dress smartly and blend in that aren't being caught. What we see in this video should be illegal.

The level of training of these new officers is disgusting! 20 yrs ago passing out from hebden or other any other police college actually meant something!!!!!! I’m hoping they will remain police officers once been trained properly and they can help train their current and future colleagues As I worry this attitude and approach is how they’ve been trained and not necessarily how they are out of uniform Ie until the police rang my Mrs actually said “they were only doing their jobs” hahaha 😤 That fuelled me putting it on here !!! Life can throw us hurdles ! But negativity when met head on has the potential to teach us much more than travelling an easy road surrounded by people who assist us !?!?!

It should defo be the case that when pairing up two officers they should match one with a more experience and one with a better understanding of what their roles are!
