Nigel 61 You might get acquitted, but you still have to deal with the stress and time off work to attend multiple hearings.. Look at Crimebodge case, we all know in a harassment case, the police cannot be the only witness and complainant, the high court ruled to that effect.. Still, it didn’t stop the police and CPS bringing a case against crimebodge which they lost. I agree, always video the police, the camera doesn’t lie or take sides. The police, WILL and DO LIE!!!

My Mother recently had the local firefighters round her house to check the smoke detectors , a free valuable service no doubt, however, they were accompanied by two Police people and a PCSO who also wanted to enter the house, so 6 people in all. I was visiting that day and expressly forbade the Police entry stating they had no business. They stated they were they for 'safety' and advice and to ensure the safety of the firemen who were big boys themselves. My Mother is 90 btw! I told them to wait at the bottom of the drive in the pouring rain. I then made tea for the firemen. They were grateful. The Police...not so I'm guessing. Note to Police: W here were you the week previous when she called you to report intruders in the garage at 3 am !?

Thats happened to me and it made my blood boil. Never ever, not once, ever, have i or anyone else smoked or carried 'weed' in my van. And yet an officer who stopped me could smell 'weed' in my vehicle. I actually pittied that officer and i told him so. Out right lie. Oh, and i drive a white van for a living and the amount of times ive been stopped because 'a vehicle matching' mine has been involved in a crime locally. I have actually given up arguing with the officer's and show them the back of my van and go on my way. In that situation i find saying as little as possible is better and when they have finished with me totally ignore them. Im not a cop hater, but, and some of you may find this a tad sad, but i had a very bad experience with them 32 years ago and the bad taste still lingers strong.

A solicitor once told me you have the right to remain silent. Anything you do say can be used in evidence against you. Compelling reasons not to talk.

As British soldiers we are taught from week one day one to always have a notepad and pen on you at all times whilst in uniform. The police are trained from week one day one to ensure at all times they have an unlimited amount of skin layers in order write down all important details 😂😂

This just their way of causing people inconvenience for not letting them get their way. Rather petty really.

F.L. Mackenzie You hit the nail on the head... I’ve see it happen so often whereby, a stop and chat leads to an arrest.. They purposely agitate the public, if you not SMART enough to deal with it, you get upset and they make an arrest.. section 5, if you swear, or section 4 aggressive behaviour.. by shouting and waving your hands is enough for them to arrest you. Meanwhile, actual crime is spiralling out of control, this idiot officer is busy making up speeding offences, then turned it into drink driving!!! What a joker!

TBH in this video at the start, it was the guy in the car that made it worse. The cop literally said he wasn't going to prosecute him so why bother demanding to get a Seargent in the first place? after that though ye cops were cunts

So a breath test for committing a moving traffic offence for which there is no evidence and they are not prosecuting. Sounds like attempting to pervert the course of justice and the driver should seek a claim

An officers word is evidence in its self, ie the officer witnessed the driver on the phone. The fact that the driver has committed a moving traffic offence is enough to ask for a sample of breath under sec 6 of the RTA. There was nothing wrong with the officers requests but the people skills and way about going about it left much to be desired!!
