Heart leads to a peaceful life. Mind without awareness itself is a terrible trap.Ego,stress, anger,irritation,comparison, grief all those are just a reflection of depression and in a very irresponsible way People call this Illnesses as normal. Its a disastrous negligence. Humanity and humility is completely missing. Is there anything more tragic and unfortunate than this ? Life becomes more and more complicated. Right now how to handle unexpected or negative situations followed by Mind becomes such a nuisance ? Isn't it enough Awareness to wake up ???
