lesson I’ve learned recently: Sometimes what you want isn’t what you need.

Once you’re happy, Everything else is icing on the cake because your state of being is peacefull and joyfull.

Sometimes happiness is putting things in that make you happy.

On the absolute level, uniting with the totality results in the ultimate state of liberation.

Unhappiness isn’t always eliminating what makes you unhappy.

Such a wholesome person he is.

Real happiness is being able to sit in the silence of your own mind and be at peace with who you are(flaws and all).

I usually will replay this part of this podcast as often as I can as a reminder.

Happiness is very fleeting and NOT a constant state and you should be 100% fine with that.

Respecting the reward systems built into your DNA is such as good way to put it.

Do what makes YOU happy. This concept can be applied to even the simplest things like picking out an outfit for the day.

For me the irony is that while everyone is “working towards” or prioritizing happiness above all else in life, is the exact reason which let’s you not achieve it.

The problem is that people try to fight bad feelings every single day totally unconscious because society tells you you should be happy.

Many thanks to Mr. Gallardo for clearing this up. However, I’m not so shure that so many people are capable to think so deep. Also, what is for one happyness, for other isn’t. But I do belive that all people have a sence for objective truth and objective morality, therefore encouragement for working together is always a good thing. I’m sceptic about big changes as long as politicians and journalists get away with lies. That’s the biggest problem- then and now. Journalists and politicians together can lead people to madnes, and that’s exactly what happened with Yugoslavia.

Every thing he says here solidifies why the last year of unnecessary and continuing lockdowns have increased unhappiness.

Keep this rolling in your mind and you will get motivated.
