Great job and Great Year! Looking forward to the Barrell you mentioned as I'm considering a few Barrell projects but not until I get to my future home.

Nice brew projects! I need to do some big beers on it clawhammer supply 20 gallon system. A barley wine comes to mind for sure.

Sounds like a great idea. I’ve never brewed a barley wine before. Would love to watch a video on it if you do brew one. This was my biggest beer to date. Sláinte

I started tearing into the rebuild here yesterday but I'm still gonna try to brew a thing or two in the midst of it all. Cheers to a New Year Sir!

@@woodshedbrewingco.481 Yes, a Scotch Ale. It’s a clone of a local beer here near Vancouver. I used to work at a commercial brewery and have some connections with recipes and such. Waiting for my home brew store to open after the holidays.

@@toddgleeson7997 love me a Scotch ale. Let me know how it turns out. I’ve made one before and loved it. Makes me think I need to brew that again. Thanks for the reminder 👍

Thanks for sharing. I just brewed my first sour this week to try to mimic a key lime pie. I also brewed a clone of the Habanero Sculpin from Ballast Point Brewery yesterday. Instead of using Habanero's I'm using Jalapeno's. There is not much info out there on the recipe so I'm winging it. Today just canned a beer. I hope this year turns out better then last year. Cheers!

Thanks for the update on the Dark Mild. Are you using a floating dip tube on your fermenter keg that still has the yeast cake? Cheerz.

No problem at all. Yup I have the floating dip tube in almost all my kegs now. Think I have 3 left to retrofit. Sláinte
