Howdy, Leann! ☺️ It took me a second to figure out what you were talking about. I have both a black and a white intro. One has the face flash and the other doesn’t. I didn’t think anyone would notice. 😂 Happy new year! 🎊

I, personally, like the shake, shake, shake. Just saying! Great find on the earrings, I've only done that once. 😊

When you are having that problem with pinpointer mode it may need to be re ground balanced if you are not running the ground tracking then it may need to be rebalanced every so often should help. Keep on swinging and remember to make it fun and Happy Hunting 🙂 👍..😊👍

Thanks for the info! A detector that ground balances out your target if I take too long digging it? I’ve found that manually pinpointing works well when pin pointer mode goes screwy. I’ll try ground balancing more often. Thanks again for the help! GL&HH! Jay

When u were searching for the neg 8 and you asked “where’d you go neg 8?” The detector beeped and sounded like it said “don’t know” haha. Anyway I have found with the pin point for mine labs if I take the detector away and let it reset or recover back to a no signal condition and then activate the pinpoint away and in that mode it does way better than if I activate it while it has a specific # on the screen. Makes me think it looks for that specific signal and not the threshold break for any signal. I’m probably way off but I have found the reset to zero and activate pinpoint off the target really helps.

That’s good info! Thanks. I don’t use threshold to save battery life. I don’t know if threshold has any affect on the battery but in my mind it does. Lol I’ve found that manually pinpointing works fine and should do it more often. I’ll definitely try to reset the pinpoint. Thanks again! GL&HH! Jay
