Could we know, those triangle shaped hash browns, are they made from scratch in the kitchen or are they a frozen brand - if so, what is the brand, please. I looked up triangle shaped frozen hash brown and it looks like Ore-Ida makes a version. Is that them? They look so good.

They gotta micro adjust your cooking plate so your butter and oil dont run to the back. You deserve it :)

I do believe that he said he started cooking in 1995. I'm sure it's mostly second nature/memory at this point, aside from whatever new stuff he comes up with. Either way, definitely impressive.
