Mikkey just kills it. I’ve been on tour with him as an opening act before. While all musicians his age loose their skill level, Mikkey is so consistent over decades. He is a true powerhouse. Also his style and energy he brings to music is underrated in my opinion. He is the same league as phil rudd imho. Mad respect from drummer to drummer 🙌🏻🔥

Great drummer. The first time I ever saw him was during the King Diamond "Fatal Portrait" tour. Amazing that he's still relevant half a lifetime later. His talents have not faded.

+ Don Dokken. I recall the criticism, bordering on disdain, when he was given the Motorhead job. After Phil Taylor and Pete Gill, fans weren't impressed with the choice of a Greek 'disco drummer'.

But he was no permanent long member , he only played one album with them ! When he recorded "Rabbit" with Helloween he was a member of Motörhead ! He has also recorded albums with several other bands but only in these three groups ( King , Motörhead , Scorps ) he stayed for years for a long time so these 3 bands are the bands he really belong to !

@@nista67 I didn't know that... But I wasn't impressed either, but for other reasons. I thought Motorhead is too simple for him after listening him playin with King Diamond for years, but after I heard Bastards I was blown away. They couldn't have picked a better drummer for the job.

Scorpions suck so hard. Never understood the Hype. Klaus Meines english and his voice are painful to here. And R. Schenker looks like he had a few plastic surgerys too much. Ridiculess!
