Nah. Will never. Whatever good roads exist, their sides will be dug out, some random pipe work would happen, that stuff would get closed, the good road gets restored and the process iterates forever. That's Bengaluru. BBMP thinks the public rants just for the sake of ranting while not realising they're legit complaints.
