The Lab LDN is Mixmag and Coors Light's weekly live stream, powered by Void Acoustics, where we showcase the finest DJs direct from our world famous office party.
With her track ‘Call Me’ set to be remixed by Carl Cox in 2020, Hannah Wants is ready for a massive year. The Midlands star quickly became a household name in the early 10s through massive collabs and incendiary sets across the globe. But for one night in our office she takes it back to her roots with a vinyl-only speed garage, bassline and UKG set.
Hannah will be embarking on a mini UK tour, performing headline shows at Dublin’s District 8, Birmingham’s Lab 11, Glasgow’s SWG3 & Newcastle’s Digital.
6th March - , Dublin, District 8
7th March - Birmingham, Lab 11
13th March - Newcastle, Digital
14th March -SWG3, Glasgow
Hannah will also perform @ EDC Mexico & EDC Vegas before the European summer kicks off.

I don’t think she was past 6 when most of these tunes came out.
Those who grew up in the 90s only no what a generation and how privileged we was to live in those times real tunes and clubbing pure music no selfies or phones just getting down to into the groove

Old school house!! When house was at its highest point and house was played in clubs and not arenas and people actually danced facing each other .. no fist pumping just dancing and enjoying the groove!!! Great set !!! 🤯 reminiscing and mind blowing

Ok so I'm a 90s Break Beater. This DJ... So girl if your reading this thank you for starting this with a mega awesome old school track.. Seriously you freaking threw it down. The first 5 track selections are 90s Beak Beat classics. Amazing vocals and dance floor grooves. Thanks for such a vibing set. It really was amazing!!! The track that comes in at 1:00:35 is just perfection. What a mix. This is an example of memoratrack track selection. I can bet that those present during this flowing live performance will never forgot how much happy dancing they did that night. You really did a great job with the blend of tunes. The vocals were perfect DJ!!!

That's the one thing I love about all vinyl. Even if the music isn't slowed down there's a certain slowed down finesse of the DJ. What a great set. Miss my youth!
one of the most interesting parts of a dj set , always used to be watching them swap records , i know alot of people hate luggin all the heavy crates around now days , but a crate of vinyl , gives u the most accurate example of this persons taste in music. really good set here, she played some ones most certainly! thx mixmag!

@@christopherreilly5339 😂😂😂 I think it’d be harder to PRETEND to dj a pre recorded vinyl set (in front of a crowd may i add) than to actually DJ a vinyl set. I started DJ’ing (on vinyl) when I was 17 years old. Stop chatting bubbles please.

This is dope! as a dj my self nothing looks better than vinyl since cdjs is club standard I guarantee there would be half of djs now if they had to mix by ear and buy records

Speed garage was by far my favorite genre. It came and went so quick though.. Closest thing to it is the new bass house. Thank you so much for this set.. So many memories from the underground days in late 90's for me. Been digital for awhile but was a vinyl dj for over 15 years. Really makes me want to get some tables again.

Thanks to YT algorithm for teasing me to click and get blown away by some solid on point blends. This is criminally underrated - well done Hannah wants for bringing back to the surface some deep deep memories of my miss-spent youth in smoke filed clubs, phew!

@@kieran___ yes it is sad that even still by 2020, women are still not seen too be equal. Especially in most workplaces, men and women who work in the same job could still be paided differently, so to me, it is inspiring to see women not being left behind and forgotten. Big up mixmag being given the same opportunities and support as any other talented dj should be. and why shouldnt it be a inspiration to other women! that may!!! think that the dj world is mainly for men so watching a video from mixmag supporting all types of djs and genres is what we need to see but i do respect your opinion

This isn't a hate on digital djs, but to see the face of someone trying to time two records playing vinyl, just using your ears and knowing the music, no visual aid and trying to make sure they're perfectly in time.
