At first I thought Hannah was being over dramatic but then I watched the episode and released that she was having a panic attack

90% of the stress and drama comes from the service team being overwhelmed with basic food and drinks orders lol

Sandy let her friends walk around the yacht with their shoes on creating the stains that Hannah had to spend hours after a full day cleaning up just so her friends outfits weren’t ruined

15 minutes for a toast! That´s 10 minutes more than for a Big Mac.

The way hannah treats the staff, she takes credit for what others have done she even lies and she gets the credit

See now if Captain Lee was there he would say "there's no crying in yachting" lol

I have only just watched this episode and am quire shocked at what I saw. When Hannah was doing the ordering for charter 3,, she had her ear mic in so could keep an ear on what’s was going on. Captain Sandy after interfering, turns her back to Hannah as Hannah walks through the door saying out loud “unbelievable” smiling and then giving a laugh!!! I think it’s Captain Sandy’s behaviour that’s“unbelievable”. Not fitting those of a Captain and coming across as a “bully.

True, no captaincy leadership. Personality drops like a feather.

She has anxiety. She gets frequent attacks, which is bound to happen in a confined space and under stressful situations. She needs to leave yachting if she wants to save her mental health. I also suffer from anxiety and I left my corporate job to find something that is more peaceful and gives me less anxiety.

Casey had excellent attitude and work-ethic and actually picked new things up really quickly... she just lacked experience which people misinterpreted as incompetence. Brooke was also a great stew and worked really well with Casey. Hannah was an ineffective leader and stew.

Just don’t forget Hannah does dinner service and then she up with the guest till they do bed so it’s only fair she get extra little time to slp in the morning after being up so late while the other girls are asleep also I feel the chef should a sou chef to help him with all the food

@CBA CBA She didn't lie, she exaggerated and no one deemed it to be a sackable offence. And Casey turned out to be an excellent worker and earned the Captain's approval by the end of the season... Hannah was the issue. Casey and Brooke were excellent stews who Hannah should have been happy to have.

@CBA CBA I just don’t agree with you. Do you honestly believe yobbo Hannah from Sydney without any qualifications went onto a super yacht as a third stew and had so much experience? No. She learned on the job and got trained how to pour champagne, clean toilets and fold laundry. It’s not rocket science.

Hannah bludged so bad this charter

Hanna needed to be fired the first time she made one of her stewards feel like a dirty serf.

I feel like most of the people questioning the serving crew have probably never worked in a kitchen/restaurant environment before and don't understand the stress it provides. Usually a low paying job also, and most of the crew don't always get a lot of sleep to rest and spend most of the day on their feet. Not easy to do at all.

In general I agree but this is an extremely well paid job with gr8 tips it's only 6wks and the guests pay a LOT of £ they shouldn't have to wait 15mins for toast bcoz crew is texting don't u think 😊

Sandy sitting there like she is Queen Sheeba. If she acts nasty to her crew....surprise, surprise, they will get flustered and mess up.

Hannah not mentally stable enough to be head Steward. I have worked within the super Yachts industry not as crew.yet as a lighting designer. It's all about delegation the captain needs to know she can leave her head Steward to manage her response abilities and as head Steward there is alot

Sounds like Hanna is overworked and not all the crew is pulling their weight. Hanna cannot do everyone's job and micromanage at the same time. Why does it seem like that they are always understaffed for the job. Looks like the Captain is trying to get rid of Hanna by pushing her over the edge since no one can keep working 20hr shifts for weeks. Don't be cheap hire enough staff lol. But I would love to know what Captain really got against Hanna, I don't think it has anything to do with work or is all the drama for the cameras? Hmmmm.... Stay tuned!!!! Criticising staff in front of guests? Not very professional. The whole scene makes the Captain look like a grumpy guest with a bad hangover who is just miserable and cannot be pleased no matter what. However if the equipment would be state of the art in the kitchen that would definitely make things a lot faster or having two chefs ...lol.

You should watch the season in full then, because it was evident that Casey and Brooke were good workers who worked really well together eventually with almost zero guidance and organisation from Hannah who was pretty much a ghost...

when i see a chef seasoning the eggs whilst its still on a pan cooking... Yeah how the hell did he get a job a yacht? Thats basic chef rules season after
