I’m actually happy that Sandy told Malia to stay tf out of the galley. It’s funny how when it was Kiko she was NEVER near the galley but as soon as Tom came on board, that’s typically where she’s hanging out lol

Malia should think very carefully about spending a life with Tom- he demands perfection in others but definitely not in himself, and if anyone else makes a mistake, he turns into an incredibly rude person. He is cruel ( how he treated Aisha who is the sweetest, kindest person). He throws temper tantrums when things don't go his way, it he f#cks up, then blames Malia for him being on the boat- he is an adult and made his own decision. I cannot imagine being this a$$es partner, always having to kiss his a$$, and doing part of his job because he can't handle it..Get out while you can Malia- these are HUGE warning signs..this is not a guy who is overly tired, being cranky...this is a cruel, guy who blames others for his own shortcomings ..I'll say it again- Run Malia Run...and find a confident man who doesn't need to tear others down to try to soothe his own broken ego.

Why Tom didn't temperature the goods at the point of delivery is beyond me.

he saw the fish in the car not in ice, it didn't matter whether took the temp at the car or the galley. It was room temp anyway, the time it took to take the fish from the car to the galley is not enough for the fish temp to increase by 7 degrees. He wanted his fish at 5 degrees, even if the temp jumped by 2 degrees from car to galley it was already at 10.

The cook is more angry at himself for not living up to his standard of what he deems as perfection and his angry is than misdirected to others. He needs to talk with a therapist and not his gf when they have a job to do. Plus Malia karma is a b****.

for me captain sandy made wrong decision to accept the charter guests' asking to check in early, there's a reason why hotels have a designated check in time. to make sure the staff can clean and have everything ready. she should have checked on the status of how much things still need to be done before giving her reply. she frazzled the tom mostly by her decision bc he has dishes to prepare and obviously he's already timed them out in his mind. idk with ya all but most of the time i'm nah with captain sandy's decisions and judgement.

It can make people sick…IF bacteria has started to grow, (salmonella can be nasty) For guests who pay thousands to charter a boat-to be throwing up in their cabins- because of something they consumed on board- Chef loses his job. Many people think that once a food has been properly cooked, all disease-causing organisms (pathogens) have been killed. Unfortunately that’s not always true, Some pathogens can form heat-resistant spores, which can survive cooking temperatures. But you’re right, Tom didn’t need to throw a hissy fit over no help to put the provisions away.
