HANDYMAN TOOL BAG EDC | Veto Pro Pac Tech-LC Loadout
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Hi I'm Brax, in this video I’ll explain my Updated Handyman Tool Bag EDC setup. This bag serves as a base for additional tools to be added or bags to accompany depending on the job.
Recently I switched from using the Milwaukee Packout 10" Tote, to using a Veto Pro Pac Tech-LC. One reason was that living in NJ we have all the seasons, so I needed a bag that would protect my tools while in transit, also having a closed bag I don't get tool spills while driving. I also included the products I use to clean my tools, as well as a raffle giveaway at the end.

I had an uncle who was a tradesman and every winter during his downtime he would clean and oil his tools. Said he had to maintain his tools because they were what made him his money. Organized, clean, well maintained, extremely efficient and professional. I carried that over into my life. I am always glad to see the tradition continues out there.
“Honey, did you just spend $1,000 on Amazon?”
Great update! Love your point about wiping down your tools: it just looks sharper, and it keeps your work and everything around you clean. People appreciate that attention to detail.

Thanks Chris I appreciate that, I’m sure some people think it’s a waste of time but it definitely makes a difference in the long run.

I keep my tools just as clean. When you’re not a construction worker it’s pretty easy to keep them well taken care of. Especially when you by the premium brands to make your work that much easier. I believe in buying tools one time for those that make sense. Some don’t but for those I value I buy premium and keep them up.
Bring your channel back, you are so well spoken and great at filming
Well done keeping your tools clean and organized. I look forward to watching more of your videos. Godspeed.
Good load out & great tools! I use the Veto TP-XXL as my main bag for apartment maintenance & the Veto OT-XL as my backup bag. Extremely durable & well worth the money. Nice job on keeping your tools cleaned & maintained.
Your demeanour is amazing, I have been striving for that for a while. Your content is an inspiration to keep learning about tools and how to maintain a handy tool kit. Thank you.
I love the quality videography and attention to detail. Your thoroughness and professionalism come through in the video. Keep killing it!
Great walkthrough of what you use regularly, definitely gave me a few ideas for mine! I agree, got to keep the tools clean, messy workman, messy work!
Hey Brandon. You did a great job organizing your tools for everyday use and another bag for a more specific project. I'm going to add a few more tools to mine after watching your video. 👍
Great review on your EDC bag. It is setup to be very efficient and compact. I agree with you on cleaning your tools, always best to look professional and take pride in your presentation along with your work. Can’t wait for the next video.

Thanks man I'm happy someone understands the benefit of cleaning your tools, I thought I was going crazy lol.
Excellent point about keeping your tools clean. People with clean tools generally there work is also clean. Thank you.
Love the new bag and I might have to try it out myself bc I’m in need of a backpack style bag. Great content and keep up the good work!!
Excellent setup! Veto’s are the peak tool bag.
This is CLEAN. Love the load out man. Gave me a chuckle how many lights you had right off the bat.
I gotta agree with agree with you about the clean tools The customer will look at you and say wow this guy takes pride in his tools he must take pride in his work. It’s the same thing I’m currently going to a tech school and some kids treat the tools like there nothing. They just got newer Klein stuff in the last few years and to me that’s awesome I try and take care of them and keep them clean. Also great videos on the channel
Your old 10 inch Milwaukee pack out was an inspiration to redo my bag and got a lot of good ideas from that video and wanted to see the video of your new bag and tools. Good job and keep up the amazing job!!

I hope you enjoyed it, this bag has made things a lot easier. I still use the MKE for hauling materials here and there.
Enjoy your videos and the reviews! I appreciate your professionalism! Just subscribed
Looks awesome, If only I could keep my tools that neat. I don't really get the time between jobs. Always stay blessed bro 🙏🏽.
Great quality video! I might watch it again and take a couple notes. My EDC bag grew to about 40lbs and I really need to trim it down. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks man, I understand it happens. I was forced to trim down due to my area. Some jobs I’ll have a elevator another I’m climbing flights of stairs.
When you said you were raffling that bag at 5k subs I thought, dang I might as well subscribe anyways - but he definitely already passed 5k a while back. I was surprised to see you weren't at like 100k or something, and luckily I was already subscribed. As an up-and-coming handyman, I love these videos! I work by myself most of the time so it is great to be able to learn from someone more experienced who also knows how to use the internet to share their knowledge. Most of the veteran contractors I've worked with before hardly know how to use a smartphone. Keep up the good work!

Thanks man, and believe me I understand. The guys that trained me didn’t even have business cards, so social media was completely out the window. I’m working on a system to help fellow tradesmen transition into a more modern way of running their business.
Good presentation brother. Clean and clear narration and also video too. I use my VETO MB-MC Marine bag not for tools but for all my daily portable electronics. Between lights, speakers, tablets, chargers, some small tools, its easy to accumulate 25 lbs of stuff for entertainment/media. Its a beautiful bag, and my 3rd VETO bag. Thanks for the video, i am a new subscriber.
Great setup Brax, thanks for sharing!

Nice toolbag set up simple but enough to cover your job👍🏼👍🏼😎
New sub! Great film work and very detailed. Also in NJ just starting in the home remod world so really good info on what’s needed for what we encounter on an everyday. Jersey Strong!
Great video. Thanks for the info in bag and tools inside.
Yep, you gotta keep your investments clean and well taken care of! 👍
You have a very top notch handyman / professional tool kit there...I have two of the bigger vito propac toolbags myselfthanks for sharing it with us...
Another great video, just this morning I was thinking about a new tool bag. I will check out the Veto range, thanks. Also, I was always taught clean tools last longer and shows discipline, my tools are clean.

Thanks brother, they have a nice range of bags depending on your trade but most of them sale out quickly then restock.
Love the bag and the content! Great Chanel
Very nice set up. You.can definitely get allot done. I like that you get quality tools. To me it shows pride in your craft. Without knowing you if you came to my house I'd know you took what you did seriously. I'm a veto and German tool guy to but I'm yellow instead of red

Thanks again Jack, Dewalt will get the job done also. The only current tool I have from them is their portable work table. Great product.
You do the best bag dumps. A sentence or two about why you chose that tool instead of something else, and that's it. Our load-outs are similar too, but I love my Channellock (Megapro) ratcheting screwdriver. Beats carrying so many separate drivers and the ratchet action is slick. Here's to 5k, won't be long! 🍻

Appreciate the heads up as beginning my handyman business in Pittsburgh. Any other tips are super helpful.
This is an excellent video. Thanks.
Awesome video !! Crescent Lufkin SHOCKFORCE NITE EYE great tape measure and the head lamp klein tools
If you’re only using the Alligator socket for stripped screws and bolts, have you considered Vampliers? They may offer more versatility because they’re actually pliers as well. I know the Alligator socket may help with bigger rounded nuts but Vampliers may just be more useful and practical. I personally like the Vampliers Slip Joint pliers. Vampliers is actually the USA branded version of the Japanese company Engineer. The pliers are identical in every way except for handle colors and cost. Also, Knipex has their own version of screw extraction pliers as well now, the Knipex 82 01 200 TwinGrip pliers. Thanks for the videos. Have a great day man.
Would love to see videos of how you handle some of those common jobs, like tv mounting, furniture setup, light rehabs etc.. you have quality videos and I enjoy your level of professionalism.

Great video love the loadout videos
Nice bag ! ( if you are young , and strong ) , being in my early seventies , I use a Veto TPXXL ( harder to overload ) . Well thought out setup !
Love the new bag!
That's a very nice bag. I noticed you didn't mention the price so I Googled it, and I see what's up now. I'm a beginner, not a professional who makes a living with my tools, so I doubt I'll spring for the bag. But, it was great to see how you organize the tools, and we're happy you are enjoying the purchase. Great upload. Keep the videos coming.

Great set up. I’ve always kept my tools and myself as clean as possible. I think some people associate hard work with dirty tools and clothes for some reason. Trying to looks presentable is an important part of running you’re own business especially when doing estimates. IMHO Cheers.

Mr clean. Excellent I lovely tools clean as well.
Nice tool bag. I like your setup as well.
Great organization skills.
Nice video! I love Wera stuff
Very thoughtful setup and nice video. Homeowners take note :)
I was thinking about all the tools I have the other day and thought about all the tools my dad has. He has probably every tool you can think of yet he would go to job sites with a tape, level, Philips, flat head and a couple pry bars and he could do EVERYTHING

This is great info!
Another killer video.
I love the Franklin FS710 stud finder as a homeowner. If I was a pro I’d probably have something with electrical and possibly water detection and look into the Bosch lineup.
What's up love the videos man. But where you been? Would like to see more from you, please. I'm curious what your pocket edc and tool belt setup looks like. Subscribed and looking forward to seeing something new from you soon.
New to the channel. Love it. Tyx

Thanks brother, I have more videos coming soon. I got lucky with the veto as a birthday gift, it’s a great investment none the less.
Once I heard you talking about headlights I have to recommend zebralight. Only issue is they use rechargable batteries which you have to buy separately aswell as a charger. I think that keeps a lot of people from getting into them but they are professional grade, flood light is best for work.
Tajima GS Lock tape measure I clean my tools constantly too, I hate having dirty stuff. I'll have to check out the bag, thanks.
Ok u stepped it up bro. keep it up....
Great video as always

That’s a firefighter mentality. Keep your tools clean. #respect 🔥 love the vids…
Keep cleaning those tools, brother. Trolls gonna troll. Enjoyed the vid.
Just a suggestion for switch and outlet plates get the Klein swivel trimmer screw driver and it will save you tons of time. It might seem like it won't but I use mine all the time and it's one of the best screw drivers I own
I highly recommend the Klien Tools 9925 magnetic tape measure. Its got a nice wide tape with bright markings and a whole bunch of extra info on the underside of the tape. Seems like it could take a beating, Ive really liked mine

Tajima are the best, it seems to me the blades stay sharper longer than any other brand. Downside is I have to order online, no local retailers carry the brand.
Yeah I feel ya when it comes to cleaning your tools. In your last video I saw all the dudes commenting on how clean your tools are. I clean my tools multiple times a week with wipes that are similar to yours. I use the Tub-o-towel brand. They work great! Been in the HVAC trade for over three years now and most of my tools look new. Use them every day. Tools are expensive so why wouldn’t you take care of them? See guys in the trade who are hard on their tools and don’t clean them constantly replacing tools. Or they just look dirty and unprofessional. Clean your tools!

Really enjoyed your videos. 1 tip... Scrap those wire nuts and get you some wago clips. They're the dogs bollox!
This backs are so cool
Stellar loadout man! I'm in the process of starting my buisness currently. I've done a few jobs on the side but I've been doing appliance repairs and general construction all of my adult life. The only question I have is what made you go with a 16 rather than a longer tape? I carry a 30 foot personally because I will actually use it to point out things during a bid with my clients
i really like your content so i subscribed
Impact drill bits are great. This way no need for a drill unless doing something special like home saws etc
Honestly one of the best review videos on a tool bag loadout I've seen and i have watched all of them. Bought this bag because your one of very few ppl that showed a dang drill inside the bag. Thank you love the vids great work clean AF.
Lots of great tools. No multimeter? Thanks for the video.
Great video👍🤝
Thank you sir
What immense willpower you have to keep it that “empty” I have a tech-MCT and it is full as all hell. I do use all of the tools everyday though. There is a (really long) video of it on my channel. Feel free to skip through it to see what I carry as a gas engineer and plumber. If I got a tech LC (I really want one) I’d have it overstuffed and weighting in at 90-100lbs in a heartbeat.

Lol I just force myself to carry what I need and nothing more. It works because I have separate bags for different projects. I’m going to head over and checkout your video also!
When you say "shelving " I'm curious if you are making and or providing these shelves? Or are you just installing shelves bought by the customer ? Awesome video thank you!!
Love your videos and knowledge! Hope i can win that sick bag
