I had a really hard day yesterday (I was exhausted and I stayed up too late studying and then I had a 2 hour exam) but instead of going straight to my room and taking a nap, I made myself go to the post office and my DailyBumps shirt was there!!!! It really made my day and made me feel so much better!

Bryan, they have a great selection of arm bands for smart phones at Sport Chalet. They have indestructible holders, holders that fit larger cases, etc.

Not sure if someone already said this yet, but Bryan, when you take a hot bath put epsom salts in it. I buy the nicely scented ones from Walgreens (also at Wal-Mart and other places). It is amazing how much it helps with sore muscles!!

Wow would love to take a relaxing bath every now and again! Lol in Australia we have strict water restrictions bcos were going thru a drought and our water supply is only coming from the rain !!! Lucky u

Try epson salt bath after workout. It's magnesium and relaxes the muscles.

Wow Brian your totally encouraging me to eat right :) anyhow I wanted to share that if you do a diet like paleo you'd totally loose more than 14 lbs this month. It cuts out all sugar except I'd still eat honey and gluten. I'm going to do it but I need to be careful bc I am nursing and need enough calories :)

Apparently apple cider vinegar in a hot bath can help with sore muscles. I've never tried it because I'm afraid of smelling like vinegar, but if you're not worried about that, could be something to try. :)

Bryan in order to loose wait I reccomend doing a daily morning jog! Also, eat as many fruits, vegaetables and try to eat lots of salads! Even if you don't like certain veggies eat them anyways because trust me your body will thank you! I suppose you along the way of losing weight! :)

Get some bath salts for the coming pain of the gym. In Australia we have Radox, I'm not sure what the US equivalent is. Seriously helps with the pain.
