I'm thinking in upgrade from my OnePlus 3 to the Mate 10. How good is tje quality of the photos???? With the new software update tje quality of the camera, battery life, etc etc are better or not ?

Ugghhh I would much rather have this than my Galaxy S8 Plus. I feel Huawei is a better company overall

Have you tried forcing GPU rendering in developer options to iron out the lag? Did it work?

Could you do a comparison video of this phone vs the Maze Alpha X, plz?

I traded my 5t in for the Note 10. Battery life seems great to me. First phone I can take off the charger and still be at 100% after almost two hours.

Yes. I just used the CPU feature for the first time and it's very good. It's a little heavier than the 1+5t but not as slippery when holding it. It feels more premium. The only problem I had is that you get a warnings when you use Nova Launcher so I decided to go with Emui. Other than that the Mate 10 is a great & fast phone.

PCSX1000 I'm still l glad I traded for the Mate 10. In my opinion it's the better phone. I got a great deal on ebay where it was only $40 dollars more than the 5t. Comparing these phones is like apples and oranges though. They both punch above their weight and are great phones. I like the many features of the Mate and the look. My daughter mistook the 5t for an iPhone.

The Tech Chap did an extensive battery comparison between Note 8, Pixel XL, 5T and X and the Mate 10 lasted longer. I agree with you the 5t is faster but the Mate 10 battery is superior.

+JReid2K Tech chap shmap. I am using the phone as I was using the OnePlus 5T. I can tell you 100% sure that 5T and almost any 3300mAh powered Snapdragon 835 gives better battery life. Mate 10 for that huge 4000mAh battery doesn't really do that great. In gaming the phone gets hot and battery drains a lot quicker, also when shooting videos for more than 4 minutes. All these tests youtubers do are pants. Real life usage is about standby consumption under 4G and GPS and BT all the time with a mix of camera, social apps, broswing and gaming. Here Kirin 970 is about as efficient as the 960 which is on par with SD821, but definitely not as good as any SD835 device

Smartphone Wars if you're saying the Mate 10 is getting 8-9 hrs sot, I can say that I'm not getting close to that with my 5t. I usually end the day around 6hrs or so.

I definitely prefer the Mate 10 over the Pro. That's why I bought it.

If it was water resistant and have capacitive touch buttons for navigation it would be absolutely the perfect phone.

Yes, but not a huge difference. Most matters if you play games a lot

I'm planning to buy this phone. Is this really worth to buy? I am choosing 4 phones. LG G6+, MATE 10, 1+ 5T AND IPHONE 6S PLUS. What is the best of the 4 phones?

I gueass OnePlus 5T assuming you want to do more gaming. If you don't do much gaming and focus on cameras it should be Mate 10

It's actually gotten better with udpates. Algo got face unlock and should receive GPU Turbo next month
