Ndungu i love all your videos but there was one you did for wet fry . I have the same pressure cooker you used but I was wondering how would you know your food is well cooked with timer ? like you said you cooked the meat for 30 mins!

Thank you. For all recipes i post, I've made them before over and over. There's not a single recipe I've made it for the first / second time on camera. I usually make them prior, a few times before sharing, making adjustments where need be, till i am certain that it's perfect. That's how i know the time a certain recipe will take. Huku hakunanga kubahatisha. 😋😋😋
