Handmade white bread recipe

Ingredients needed:
Flour - 500g
Water - 375ml
Yeast - 7g
Salt - 10g
Instructions:
1) Mix 500g flour, 7g yeast and 10 salt in a mixing bowl.
2) Slowly add 375ml water in bowl and start mixing. Gradually add the water and do not pour the everything in one go.
3) Keep mixing until forms a firm yet springy dough.
4) Lightly flour your working area and tip the dough onto it. Knead the dough until is smooth.
5) Once smooth, oil up a new mixing bowl and put the dough in. Cover with cling film. Leave to rise for an hour or double in size.
6) Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Lightly flour your workspace and start preparing to shape the dough into a boule (round bread).
7) Place it on baking tray, proof for 1 hour or double in size.
8) Pre heat over at 230C for 30 minutes.
9) Spray water on the dough and into the oven before baking.
10) Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
