How do you collect the waste material from all of the tools, stones, steal wool, sand paper and work bench?
@scaffoal
6 жыл бұрын
The filings of gold and the pieces of gold are recast, purified and reused. The residues of gold left next to the emery paper, in the polishing machine, and in the settling tanks, where the jewels and hands are washed, are entrusted to specialized companies that deal with the recovery procedures. Ultimately, only a very small percentage of gold is lost.

@scaffoal

for the setting of the gems a minimum thickness of 1.20 mm is required. normally I keep the thickness of the parts from 1 to 1.8 mm and the thickness for the settings from 1.4 to 1.8 mm

I'd really appreciate it if you answered my question, thanks and keep up the good work.

How do you collect the waste material from all of the tools, stones, steal wool, sand paper and work bench?
@scaffoal
Muito bom mestre!Parabéns

I’m a bench jeweler as well and would like to ask you what’s the thickness and width of the flat band on this ring?
@scaffoal
5 жыл бұрын
for the setting of the gems a minimum thickness of 1.20 mm is required. normally I keep the thickness of the parts from 1 to 1.8 mm and the thickness for the settings from 1.4 to 1.8 mm
Amazinly beautiful

Thanks a lot. We currently do not have a website of online sales. We create our custom jewelry. If you are interested please contact scaffoal@oro-diamanti.it
Also in hole that you'll read this I'd like to inquire what the pricing would be for a piece such as the one made in the video only it would be silver instead of gold and zirconia instead of diamonds.i just graduated high school and I'd like to commemorate the occasion by treating myself with something sort of elegant and not so expensive. I'd really appreciate it if you answered my question, thanks and keep up the good work.
It was an informative video. Thanks for sharing.
