sir we are in 2nd situation, n unknowingly loan le liya gaya hay n utilisation puchne pe kuch bhi dikha diya jatha hay, n we forced to pay the loan which we evn dont know n small brother enjoy that his loan is being paid by brothers.

In the 3rd scenario when a sibling reaches higher level bcoz of his hard work and the other one is a mediocre. Parents tend to distribute property by saying that the higher level siblings has everything already. So let's give more property to the lower level one as he needs it more. This is wrong. You never know what kind of situations may arrive for the higher level one in future. What if the former passes away or looses his job.

My mother's parents did not have a will, they have passed away, my mom has 2 sisters and 2 brothers, all in early and mid fifties now. The 2 brothers think that all the properties belong to them, it's agricultural land, everytime my uncle has some emergency and need money they sell a part of the land , to sell it they need my mom n her sisters signature, so they just call them. Now even uncle's sons have sold some land, though it wasn't emergency. I told my mom she should ask for her share. But she is reluctant, though she knows I'm right but she won't ask for her share. How do I resolve this? Please reply if you have solution.

Sir I am software engineer earning handsome salary living with family in Delhi our is Independent commercial house with 4 floors generating decent rental income my father is businessman having office in same premise. Younger brother works with father ,my father doesnt want to join business and continue the job. My brother is not happy working with father and there are fights, he says once he gets the property or holdings he will do his own business. We both are married and have kids , I am getting jobs abroad but I feel I will loose my stand in the house also I want to buy property in some good area but don't have that much capital.. how should I go about in life now?
