Lmao! It's an organ concerto and the organist isn't even visible! Fantastic performance by all, great sound quality in the video, but dude, get a better camera angle! 😂

The organist was hidden in the loft and not visible from the audience. Glad you enjoyed the perormance!

I just heard a flute, and it wasn't the distinctive flute sounds from a pipe organ

As it's an arrangement from the recorder concerto HWV 369 by Haendel himself, wind instruments are not neccessary, but would add a baroque touch to the work... This ensemble seem to be quite reduced to string instruments, which is a pity in my opinion. Plus, the strings don't really like it were baroque music...
