That is frozen Hikari Spirulina Brine mix. When they got here several weeks ago they refused to even nibble any food and were so skinny from not eating for quite a while so I fed them medicated live brine shrimp as a last ditch effort and they finally started eating. I fed this frozen food for a few weeks and now they are finally eating HBH Veggie flakes. I am nervous about feeding them too much of this for too long but it did keep them eating and now weaning them off it.
