I have also heard a story about how Ai Yamatsuka tried to light a Molotov cocktail on fire when gasoline leaking from a bulldozer was vaporizing, and nearly killed the entire audience and staff. It seems that the guests were desperate to escape because they thought they would be killed if they didn't run away. He stated that the girl's bag was torn to shreds and she ran away crying. Hanatarashi would seal off his vandalism on stage in 1988, but he later recalled his vicious performances of that time, "The apartment I was living in at the time was bad. I think I was cursed," he later recalled in a magazine.XD Also, at that time, a noise band called Hijokaidan (非常階段), like Hanatarash, was also famous for its extreme performances.

"It seems that the guests were desperate to escape because they thought they would be killed if they didn't run away." No shit Sherlock. Btw I'm pretty sure that story is fake. He tried lighting the molotov cocktail but the show was stopped (not sure how) and he didn't end up doing it. There isn't a lot of information about hanatarash because they were a pretty underground band and most of their performances are undocumented/lost due to time so because of that, there are a lot of rumors surrounding them.

Jeudiel Eslava Velasquez Entonces mandame uno que sea danger music :v
This is real music. I was born in the wrong generation.
チェルシーハウスの事件で真っ先に思い出した。
Inspiration to the Flaming Lips for their Pink Floyd's Dark Side album?
Nice
I know I read an interview somewhere and Eye said, yes, but he didn't kill the cat, it was found roadkill.
Richard Serra's Lead Throwing. Lynda Benglis's, Blatt. William S. Burroughs Shotgun Art. Jackson Pollock John Coltrane's Sunship. Ornette Coleman's Empty Foxhole. Kashmir Malevich's Red Square painting, an icon of the Russian Avant Garde and Modernism. I could go on for days. The question of art, not art is an intellectual rice cake. Have fun with that.
From this to vision creation newsun and flaming lips team ups. Hmmm. Imma go listen to z-rock hawaii
Start with Hanatarashi, then after that just go through the numbered albums(2, 3, 4, 5)
What is Music & what is art ?? Has everyone to like the same things ?? btw: Eye has done a nice gig with John Zorn (naked city) , i really love it !!
Así me pongo cuando una chama que me gusta me rechaza! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
wow
Start with Hanatarash 2. I think it's some of the most interesting noise from that era. Very cut-and-paste, totally ridiculous.

Yes, it's totally, in any objectively possible way, better than any famous artist, no matter what genre, style or time.
who needs hollywood?
looks like kind of Tetsuo...live
Fun!!
