I saw these guys at Lollapalooza, 1994 in Rhode Island. I was eleven years old. I could not believe my eyes and ears. My father took me and we were right up in the front row. Each song (tune, composition ..what ever you call it) felt like an explosion. I loved it! Still do!

Loud, funny, explosive, and just plain nuts. Yoshimi taking the mic and doing her awesome high pitched shrieks is... marvelous. Great footage!

The Boredoms were beyond merely being a band -- they were a performance art experience at all levels, and this video perfectly encapsulates that point!

Some people think that Boredoms sings in Japanese, but in fact, Boredoms sings in their own language, "Boredoms language," which even Japanese people cannot understand at all.
