He said he just made this song as a character of his story and realize that the person he has written about is Miserable hence the title. and from what I know he recorder it for 3hours. He wrote the song as the a character of his story?... Wha- I mean, is he writing a book or something? I'm truly trying to figure this one out now. 😂 As, aside from a book or a screenplay, I cannot for the life of me think of any other reason he would have written such an in depth and multidimensional character. Particularly if they are so heavily faceted, that they actually require aspects such as individual life details now be created, like having real music arrangements written for them ... That is an incrediby complete, down to the final human complexities, character development he has going on there. Side note, if that is indeed the case... Him realizing that said character is miserable, as though he wasn't the one responsible for writing every thought that said character would have had had up until that point, and therefore had to orchestrate their whole emotional buildup. 😂 Is truly one of the most comical identity dissociations I have ever heard of. I mean, here I thought he had simply watched, or read, something in which a character was in suchxa predicament! Haha.

Miserable is like up there, one of his greatest songs, everytime Han release a new song it gets better and better, its never the same, its that special taste that you crave for more and you keep coming back for it!! Han is such a great all rounder and genius lyricist, its just i hope he gets more opportunity to showcase his talent, like a collab or something bc his songs are loved by the general public. He deserves so much.

I don't know Korean very well and even English is not my first language, but thanks to you two, I am immersed in the lyrics of Korean singers more and more deeply and understand them much better than through reading them on my own. You explain everything in such an interesting and accessible way that I don't even feel the language barrier. On top of that, your sincere and open reactions are unparalleled! You can be funny, you can be serious, and you always, always give an explanation of your feelings. You guys are always insanely entertaining to watch, and you really help viewers like me. Thank you so much for your videos, really! Han is an incredible author and singer. I found many brilliant sentences in his lyrics, but when you mentioned the lyrics about "return" and showed that word on the screen, and then also mentioned the rewind sound at the beginning - I opened my mouth and got goosebumps. You noticed everything right, and it was obviously not a coincidence - Han did it all on purpose, turning the whole song into another thematic story that you can take apart in detail and always find something new, like reading a book instead of listening to a song. He's just incredible, it's hard not to call him a genius after that. And his skills... They never cease to amaze. In this song he showed a completely new voice, new techniques, tone and mood. The ability of his voice is really amazing, as if the whole song is sung by several people.

Omg this is just my thought but since this song is about ‘going back’ = Rewind. Meaning when an audio is played backwards it doesn’t make sense but to me it feels like this song IS BACKWARDS (going back=beautiful) and like going forward makes no sense (forward=rewind sound). I really love this song! But it's my opinion: this song of Han probably connects with Hyunjin's song Contradicting (bc of the new ep of skz family) he's been cheating on Hyunjin for 2 years and that's why the lyrics of Miserable (You and me) kind of relates to Han & Hyunjin's relationship (obviously based on skz family. But it's just my opinion and a inside joke in stayville, jk)
