One method I seen was to cold smoke your ground beef or preformed parties. The idea is the meat takes the smoke easier and then grill your burger

It made the cook chamber much easier to clean out the charcoal ashes than using the charcoal grate at the bottom of the chamber. Thanks for the tips. Ill line my main cooker with foil and the next day just push all the ash through the drip into my ask can. I actually like how deep the chamber is because it's a little more forgiving when you got 20 burgers and 20 dogs going. Versus my weber kettle, sometimes i can't even flip it all fast enough ( if i can even fit it all ). The only time im in that pickle is with a huge summer party and i know everyone is going to do more partying than eating. 1 quick cook, get that smoke in the air for that nostalgic 4th of july feel.

You have time to think. 1/4 pound burgers, regular dogs, have some chicken n ribs smoked the day before and you can have a cooler zone to warm em up and set a sauce on them

  • @Dr.Unsteady
