@NightxStep On paper, bloom sounded like a good idea. It sounds like it was meant to make it harder to aim. Actually, bloom is there mostly to limit the range of the DMR, same as spread on the BR. The problem is, bloom leads to even more randomness.

This guy is a well-known playlist general on H3.All pros spam the DMR trigger though.

man i loved reach. i hated jet pack, armor lock and op grenades. Personally I loved the sprint ability in this game, because the maps weren't designed around it. sprint in 4 was bogus.

@Mcrichalot12 yea its kinda simple, fast when really close and bloom wont have an effect on your accuracy, but at times like 6:10 you really need to zoom or wait to shoot again, bec of bloom.

@FBWalshyFTW They're not gone, in fact, the lead sandbox designer was the same as the one in Halo CE and even in Shadowrun. Bloom was implemented to widen a skill gap, but they way they did it meant that randomness will still occur =/

@Shearsy013 I'm still trying to find a balance for drawing out my shot versus spamming my shot. Seems I lose out to people spamming more often than I should.

@STOPDRIDING Man I love the sniping and BR of Halo 3. Also, I wish the jump height and grenades were like on Halo 3.

I don't think people realize the BMR is exactly like the BR except that its one shot that is just as strong as the 3 shot the BR gave, which needed a full three hit to get that much damage. The BMR is more accurate and I find it just as useful. Then again, most weapons are a lot more accurate now.

@ everyone who says he cant dmr. He knows about the hitbox hence why some shots the recticle isnt exactly dead center on head but he gets the headshot its because hes smart and its faster than taking the extra .05 sec to wait now if he is in a situation where hes to far away hes not gonna spam trigger as much but on that map its a lot of mid and close range so speed is a neccesity he knows what hes doing I do the same stuff it works well it pays to do your research on what works and what doesnt
