And when you get so many bullshit challenges that rely entirely on luck, like they want you to get kills with certain power-weapons yet they keep changing where they are and what maps they show up on, so you never know when you might stumble across one (for example, I’ve had a challenge to get 3 kills with the bulldog for like 2 days and the first time I saw one since I got it was on the floor, while I was low on health, and while I was carrying the damn oddball. Or having to get kills in slayer, a mode I’ve got to play like twice.

@@noidTV The vehicle based challenges piss me off so much. I got one that told me to destroy an enemy wraith tank and I never saw one for about six games before I just rerolled it. I also got one that told me to destroy an enemy chopper which is super annoying because if I use a normal weopon the driver has a chance to get out due to the warning they get and if i use explosives I just kill the driver and not the chopper meaning it isn't an enemy chopper anymore. I just decided to reroll that one too. I hope they remove those kind of challenges or atleast not restrict them to the rarer vehicles.

I agree. I've played for a while, and I'm only level 2. its very annoying, especially if you don't have the paid pass, that just makes it more painful. I hope they fix this soon

@@codygreene9067 The commando is a skill cannon, it is really good if you can hit all the shots, but the BR still kills faster I think? May need to test that more. In any case, I have found most weapons in this game are inconsistent because 343 designed them to all be good for more specific situations. The hammer for me sometimes one hits people, then when there are two 3 feet away I just get hit markers on both then die. It's odd, maybe just my internet idk.

A yard sale in a sport is when an athlete falls and his gear goes everywhere, because it resembles a yard sale with random stuff all over the ground. For example, a yard sale in skiing would be when a skier falls, resulting in his skis, poles, etc going everywhere. This is why you get this when you kill someone with a full inventory, because a bunch of stuff gets scattered all over.

Actually it comes from a skying (idk if I spelled that right) where you fall or crash and he killed enemy in the air meaning he would crash and fall well his corpse would. So I agree with the person above me

Currently playing halo infinite and one of my issues is that the challenges I think are glitched, for the weekly one, one is to destroy 3 choppers but it is stuck on 1 when I probably destroyed more than 1. I do also agree with your other points

I personally love the game. I never really got to play Halo growing up but have been interested too. I plan to play them all eventually. The only real issue I have with the game is the ADS, when aiming into a scope if you are shot. You get knocked out of the scope so it makes it alot more annoying if you are trying to have a shootout with another player. It has cost me so much. I would more prefer it if there was an option to just switch that off. Other then that, it's great, more so with friends. And lastly. The battle pass progression is a dumpster fire.

I've been playing the campaign for Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition (which is Halo 1 but with improved graphics SUGGEST PLAYING ANNIVERSARY EDITION BTW), and so far it is the best campaign I've ever played in any of the many games I've played. I've got about quater of the story left before I finish it but I'm extremely satisfied with the game so far. I can't wait to play all the other ones and I STRONGLY recommend the Halo games to you.

Sabre butchered a bunch of the art in CE:A and completely ruined one of the most iconic missions in the franchise: 343 guilty spark. CE should be played in OG graphics (they look great in MCC after the fix, although a little dated because it's a 2001 game)

It would be cool if buying the $60 campaign made all the cosmetics in the shop like 50-60% off. Completing the campaign could also reward you with the shop’s credits varying on difficulty completed/score/time (A fast solo legendary playthrough would result in more than a longer normal/easy coop playthrough).

you should get the Master Chief Collection. It's on xbox and steam. Currently one of the best gaming deals on the market right now. You get all 6 mainline and spinoff halo games (except for 5 and infinite). That includes campaigns, multiplayer, level editors, cosmetics, etc.

I somehow only got an Xbox 360 3 months ago and never was able to experience the true halo multiplayer. Now I’m about to get a pc mainly just to play this game. Needless to say I am very excited.

I’ve been playing Infinite for over a week and haven’t run into a single noticeable bug.

A tip for the repulser is it can send back grenades and rockets from the Spanker and I THINK the needles from the needler it’s pretty satisfying sending back the spanker rockets

I used to play halo with my big cousins on their xboxes but my immediate family was a PlayStation family, so I can’t get the experience but I’m glad Halo is back and better.

You get Yard Sale when you kill an enemy that has a Power Weapon and full inventory. If you wonder what do the medals mean, you can see in the After Match Report when you press on them.

I've been loving the multiplayer and the campaign footage I've seen makes me think that I'm gonna love it like its a semi open world game there's apparently a good bit of verticality which pairs well with the rechargeable grappling hook

a tip for the pulse rifle is that it is not for shot range, mid to mid long only, where it will start tracking the people you shoot it at

I found the Yard Sale medal hilarious because that's something me and my coworkers say any time someone accidentally drops a bunch of shit.

Actually my most favorite KZread opening ever, subscribing just for that. This dude low key sounded great.

The battle pass issue is similar to what happen in apex legends season 1 where the only way to level up was through daily challenges.

Great video! I’ve been a fan of halo for three years but only started playing halo half a year ago and I’ve loved all the campaigns so far but they felt short. Love the lore and universe and halo infinte is so fun!

Awesome video, quick note though: the mangler isn’t the same as the mauler shotgun pistol in halo 3, this time it’s a heavy revolver that can 3 tap with a headshot and does extra melee damage

I feel like for the battle pass they are waiting for the full release to add more options for it. I believe its to still be able to play and level up when it does fully launch causing you to not have anything to grind for. The only thing they could have done to change it was to do a preseason BP, but I think they didn't wnat any problems with exclusive items.

I’ve played halo infinite and am at level 26 in the battle pass. The game is amazing, as well as a perfect successor to halo 3. All in all the problems are 1/10000000000 th the size of any you would see in a battlefield or cod game. Also they are fixing the battlepass.

When I played lacrosse and anyone got hit hard enough to drop their stick or lose their helmet everyone would scream yard sale because all of their belongings were on the ground like at a yard sale.

Honestly, I've been a Halo fan since the very beginning. I tried Halo Infinite, I love it but I completely agree with you Macro, the Battle Pass system should be reworked. One more thing, I don't know if it's just me or the game is kinda buggy but it crashes frequently on my laptop.

3:87 The plasma pistol does still track enemies. But only if you have a red crosshair over them at the time of firing.

Apart from the Battlepass challenges the game is amazing.

Okay, so yard sale (8:43) is a term mainly used in the skiing/snowboarding community. Its basically when a skier or snowboarder falls or crashes in a way that causes all their gear and items they were carrying to explode and fall in a sometimes close or far radius. Hens what happened when you killed "Ghost Uh".

The Season ends in May. I finished all my quests this week early and got to level 15. 100 ÷ 15 is roughly 6 ~ 7 weeks. By then it'll be February or March if late and I'll still have 2-3 months of waiting for the next battlepass. You can also continue your progress after the battle pass is over Why are people complaining about how long it takes to progress. I understand the objectives ruining how you play the game but not the speed at which you get things. Each season is supposed to last you some time, your not gonna play for 1-2 weeks and expect to get everything.

I like how the halo theme song is so simple but it sounds so good.

After playing vanguard and the new battlefield, I got bored of them because I didn’t have really that much fun due to sweats and bugs but when I found out halo infinite was out and I played for a hour or two, it brought me back to when I bought halo 3 when I first bought my Xbox 360 in 2014 (I know I was late to the hype) and loaded it up. I now have a pc and playing halo is so much smoother and is a fun game but nothing will beat halo 3

hope custom weapons and vehicles return as a "feature" in halo infinite forge, i love how it was a bug that they kept in because it was an amazing "feature"

the cinderblock is my favorite gun because its hard to kill yourself with, and crazy strong but doesn't spawn often so when you get it and kill others with it it feels really rewarding, also the gun is very unknown

The pulse rifle is great to use in a combo with precision weapons due to how fast it shreds shields. Take shields down with it, then kill with sidekick

Mangler and skewer are my two faves, incredibly satisfying to use, I have clutched several no-scope kills with the skewer

I Love Halo. I love how the gameplay itself is shaping up to be. (maybe a few tweaks for some weapons) The battlepass grind sucks The event grind sucks The customization kinda sucks that I cant use whatever armor I want I do not like the armor coating system, like why cant I choose the basic colors for my armor. I am concerned at the lack of game modes and maps. Right now, we have 3 big team battle maps where we BARLY SEE any tanks like the wraith or scorpion. We have 7 arena maps where we cannot choose the game mode. The game modes we have right now are: CTF / 1 flag CTF Oddball Slayer Stockpile Strongholds Total Control Fiesta (Limited game mode, which I hope stays around) WHERE is FFA (not custom game lobby) Swat Juggernaut Territories Infection ( I hope they don't make this a limited time game mode) Assault Good old Action Sack King of the Hill VIP BTB Heavies I want to be able to choose which mode I play like in other games, especially with this battlepass system specifically asking for certain gamemodes. Custom games seem neutered- I cant spawn with equipment I cant choose which vehicles spawn I cant have random weapons I cant have infinite use equipment I cant choose what weapons spawn on the map (Human or Banished) On top of all this, game modes do not save properly (I have to reset it each time I want to do something like swat) I cant see myself playing this game for long when there seems to be so little offered. They had a longer time to develop this game and there doesn't seem to a lot on offer when compared to previous titles. (I am not talking about Halo 5) I hope there will be more maps and game modes. I hope we have those silly game modes like dino blaster from reach (bottomless clip, infinite jetpack, concussive grenade launcher). I hope we have a custom game browser I hope we have more maps and modes I hope vehicle collision get fix, I want my brute chopper to be a ramming beast like in Halo 3 I hope we get more vehicles something like the falcon from reach I hope we get more weapons (where is the plasma rifle) I hope we get new and fun game modes I hope we can veto or vote for maps I hope we have pregame lobbies again AND most of all, I hope this game does well.
