Is the blue paper stuff that you taped to the back of his head is it just construction paper. And how do you exactly a laminate his face do you have a laminator or can you do it some other way

It’s silly foam. The foam kids use for arts and crafts.

Thank you. I used one of the Dollar Tree forms. I think they measure 14”. After you add the mesh it measures almost 20”.

Yes all supplies bought at Dollar Tree except for the printed face. The blue mesh I bought during 4th of July. I think you can buy the blue at micheals or hobby lobby. I think they carry all year. The red mesh you can find now at DT when they put their Christmas supplies out.
