It seems the writers stopped understanding Michael as a character. He’s supposed to be THE BOOGEYMAN. Does he appear human? Yes. Halloween ends is not only a quality send off to Laurie strode but also a great remake of Christine that fumbles the ball a little bit in the last fifteen minutes. If I want michael Myers stab-a-thon movies there are plenty of those to choose from. Also, a diana prince cameo in the same scene as a gory death scored to a song by the cramps? My god this is so up my alley. I think the first two films in the trilogy were meant to be love letters to Michael Myers while this last one was focused on Laurie and John Carpenter, which is completely cool with me. I mean I'm a Halloween 3: Season of the Witch fan so this is kind of par for the course for me. Hopefully this one amasses a cult following too!

Sadly, they didn't pan out for me. The execution was off for me. I got a little excited after the opening, figuring that it's an allusion to the themes they are going to explore. It is, but I didn't expect Cory to stay so long especially since this is a trilogy and the importance of his character was not implied in any previous films.

Good news to everyone who rightfully hates these movies that don't understand the whole point of Michael Myers (he's not an invincible monster, he's the fear of a random person killing you while you're taking out your trash): David Gordon Green is directing a sequel to the original EXORCIST, due out next October.

At 2:08 the subtitle reads "Friday the 13th Part IV - Jason Lives" when it should actually be "Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives" as Part IV is just "Friday the Thirteenth: The Final Chapter" which features gaming boy and dog who jumps out a window. Therefore you've really changed

The scene where Laurie transports is meant to be in Corey’s head. It’s not really well established, but that’s, what’s meant to be happening there.

What Ralph didn't realize is when the dad of the Dead child is talking in the bar about trying to forgive Corey, very prominently behind him are neon dice on the wall. Their numbers add up to 12. In numerology the number 12 stresses the importance of ridding your life of negative energies, ending toxic relationships, leaving a bad job, and approaching all situations with a new optimistic attitude.
