I remember watching this pageant in my dorm with about 20 students. We all were like "SHE IS THE BEST. SHE SHOULD DEFINITELY WIN!" When she was announced 1st runner up, we were like BS! That beingf said, we knew that a she would become a MAJOR STAR and she did!

I loved that Era I was a Teenager🙋🏾‍♀️ Lady,during the 1980s. That was our Hair Style wearing huge teased hair. We had our real hair too and if they were wearing fake hair. Well some of them did wear fake hair or added pieces for thicker length. However you were made fun of if you had any hair extensions in the hair. The 1980s were a Unique Decade wearing fake hair was a no no. Compared to nowadays in the 21st Century.

Hilarious and I bought one of those Wicker Chairs when I moved out of my Parent's home in 1988😂 I would loved to have one right now in my home. I don't know why🤷🏾‍♀️Maybe to Reminisce about the great memories of that Decade. This 2020 Corona Nightmare Shut - In is exhausting. And I am not fond of this 21st Century.

Well she said that the Caucasian Students were angry that she won and didn't think that she was pretty to represent their High School 😲🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ I am from that 1980s Teenager lady Era. And its true,because going to a Caucasian School,during the time were hectic. And the majority of the snooty Caucasian people did not want us at their Schools or their neighborhood. I wonder how the Pageant lady looked nowadays if she is still living.

She was already modeling and in Beauty pageants while in high school. When you think about it I don't even think Michael Jackson would have become as big as he did if he kept his original nose. Patti LaBelle had one after having dinner with Stephanie Mills and noticed Stephanie had had one and then decided to get hers done too after looking at a picture of herself much younger and thinking that she wasn't a very pretty girl. She said she still wanted to have an ethnic looking nose. In Toni Braxton' s book she mentioned how right after she got her record deal she decided to get a boob job and Pebbles told her she might as well get her nose done while she's at it. Toni said she wishes she had gotten her nose done smaller.

She didn't use the Lil Kim 'I got my ass beat by my man and he broke my nose and I had to get a nose job' excuse or the old Tina Turner and Michael Jackson" I had a deviated septum and had problems breathing through my nose and had to get a nose job" excuse. Tyra lied for years and said she didn't have one then admitted she did but STILL lied and said she got it because the bones in her nose were itching and that's why she got it done.
