Half Marathon Training - Progression Run
In this long run, I ran 11 miles in progression, then the last 5K at threshold effort. This is my longest vlog yet in the channel, it took some time to edit to a point I am comfortable to share this video. Most of the talking were recorded with the Go 2, and B-rolls with One X2.
