late to the party here but i have 15 4*s and 6 of them were from the free pulls i dont know what insane luck i had back then but
I GOT TWO 4*, ON THIS EXACT THING. (the limited time fever) none of them were rate-ups 0.6%? yeah sure whatever

That half-anniversary pulled me 2 Ans (different) and 1 W&S Miku. I don´t like An. %) Then I´ve tried to pull that colour-fes Mafuyu (or Kanade at least) and after 80 pulls I got one four-star Rin. :D
