In the second group like 3/4 of them have siblings. Unless you count the tenma siblings as Tsukasa, Saki, and Toya then all of them have siblings except kaito

honestly the last group does fit cinemas message very well surprisingly? well duh bc the shinonomes have similar issues that are manifested differently. and rui and mafuyu's story also can slightly fit with cinemas message. i think that was kinda cool. all of these groups would be interesting to see in crossover(esp the leo/need minus saki, plus mizuki)
