I have tried it. It's really sooooo good and tasty. My family liked it soo much. If you didn't like too much sweet flavor just reduce the quantity of gud (jaggery). Adjust the amount of jaggery as per your taste.

I was searching for imli chutney on KZread when I came across this recipe. Having seen many and tried different versions, personally I would vouch for this as being the best recipe thus far. What I find impressive is that the presenter is pragmatic and understands the modern kitchen and cooking methods. For example; the use of blender to reduce wastage from the tamarind and adding either ginger powder at the end or raw ginger in the blender with tamarind. Succinct and brief. Thank you for whoever did the English subtitles. This helped me understand the process. Subscribed.
