Dhokla was perfect but oil and water was too much.. Oil and water can be reduced to 50%, ie 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup water.. So better add water at time of tadka.. But that tadka mixture can be added in 2 installments with 10min gap. This will help the dhokla to get equally moist.
