I tried it today and it came out really good. While mixing the besan, it had some lumps but i removed them by spoon. Shamal Didi, i have watched many of your videos and i can say that you have the best and easiest way of explaining the ratio of ingredients. Thank alot for that.

I think this recipe is the same as your old recipe. But the difference is that this has been made in a mixer grinder. The use of mixer grinder actually spoiled it for me. The recipe used to come out perfectly every time. However when I used a mixer this time, there were some lumps in the batter at the end, I somehow needed more water because 1/2 cup is 60 ml but I needed around 120 ml of water (I used a weighing scale), the batter did not become foamy after adding baking soda the way it does always. The only difference was using a mixer, everything else I did was the same. I don't know how it will turn out but since the batter did not even turm foamy, I guess it's not going to be very fluffy. I think the batter got over mixed. Update- Khaman bilkul nahin foola, it is dense and hard instead of fluffy. I don't think I will make tadka for this because it will be another waste. There are lumps of citric acid here and there because it didn't get dissolved properly in the mixer. This is what happens when you overdo something. Pehle waali recipe perfect thi, usko ched dia aur kharab kardia. I will not use a mixer now and will just follow your old recipe.

Actually kai logo ne try kiya..unhe result mila .. feedback bhi share kiya hai..meri dono recipe same hai..but maine isme aur easy karke bataya hai..koi baat nhi.. don't be upset .aap old tarika hi use kare..agar aapko laga ki lumps the .to aapne usko ek baar chammch se mix kar lena chahiye tha..mtlb aapki mehnat waste na jati..
