Alijiang 阿里疆 Singapore, takes culinary inspiration from the iconic Silk Road. They specialize in finding the perfect balance between flavor and aesthetic plating skills, creating dishes that look as good as they taste.
Uyghur cuisine (Uighur: ئۇيغۇر تائاملىرى, Uyghur Taamliri, Уйғур Таамлири; Chinese: 維吾爾菜; pinyin: Wéiwú'ěr Cài) is a cuisine of the Uyghur people, which is also consumed outside of Xinjiang. Signature ingredients include roasted mutton, kebabs, and rice. Because of the Muslim population, the food is predominantly halal.
Xinjiang cuisine is found throughout much of China, as migrants from the region often open Xinjiang restaurants or food stands in other regions. The Herembagh (Uighur: ھەرەمباغ, Һәрәмбағ; Chinese: 海爾巴格; pinyin: Hǎi'ěr bā gé), Yershari, Loulan, Tarhar, Ali Jiang, and many other franchises serve Uyghur cuisine.

Are you sure it's halal certified? The local muslims don't come here to eat (they are very particular about certification)

Hi, we visited this place awhile back. When I called when making reservations, they did say it’s halal. They don’t have a halal certificate because they serve alcohol. Please call the restaurant and double check. Definitely no pork and lard.
