Unbelievable! I expected drum covers of fragments sooner or later but the whole madness of complexity in one piece is just mind blowing! It's like 17 minutes Dance of Eternity... I can't even image how time consuming it must have been to learn every ghost note from Rays book. And lets not forget Ray who came up with this. He clearly fulfilled his promise of better drumming with each album. To me hands down the best drummer of the past 5 years. Lets revisit in a year or so and see if you have a single dislike. Don't think so :)

16:56, that's how I felt the entire video. Absolutly amazing! The control of them limbs. Jeez.

I think the best complement I could give you is the fact that if I ever want to listen to messiah complex, I come to this video. I always loved the drums for it, wishing they were more prominent in the mixing, and you nailed it so damn well that this is basically just the mix I want. Fact is I've listened to this so many times I've picked out I think 3 mistakes from the original. Over a 17 minutes intensely complex and technical song. That's frankly an insane level of talent.

That is hands down the most fun I've ever had prepin dinner. I'm just air drumming through as much of it as I can while also chopping/mincing/slicing etc. Not the 1st time I watched it, but I put 'er on, started prepin and finished washing the last dish just as it ended. You're an amazing drummer, and covering this is proof enough.
