I agree that you met with probably the best in the world. Anyone who has seen his videos can only be impressed. If you have the donor hair, and you can have your hairline improved by a master, I get it. If you decide to do nothing however, you still have an amazing result from your first one.

Good idea to go there and see Dr Couto in person. I think it's turned out well to go to Elithair first and pay not much when they did a great job and get Couto to finish it off. The better clinics will offer to even out the donor area and the cheaper ones probably wouldn't. I hope it all goes well.

Great channel mate. I am surprised he first offered 2000 grafts to lower the hairline that much. To be honest that is a bit a greedy move knowning it would leave you with almost nothing left in your donor area for the future. I don't know honestly, even 1600 grafts just for a touch up on the hairline seems a bit too much. His work is absolutely exceptional so I totally understand you would like to put the trigger for the best possible facial result. That being said you will have spent 5100 grafts in total. It depends how much left you would have in your donor area. Doctor Mwamba in Belgium seems much more conservative with fixes on the videos I watched.

Even though I’m a subscriber I completely missed this video! I’ve followed your updates from day one. The hair is looking great mate. I emailed FUExpert in November 2019 and asked about a consultation and they said they would book it in for January 2021! I never pursued it, but the videos online are incredible. If you really want the front doing and you can afford it I think it’s worth going to the best clinic.

Thank you for posting this video 🙏 brother did you end up getting the hair transplant with Dr. Coulto? Bro you waited a year for a consultation, why didn't you just make you appointment there and then? That might take you two or three years to even get it done by him. It sounds like he's pretty popular, I've been looking at his work for quite a while and I think I'll get it done by him my 2nd transplant.

1st surgery looks great. As you said in the video, you may be seeking 'perfection'. Keep the 8k in your pocket.

If it really bothers you I would get it done or it will niggle you forever I would also ask for a discount as you are advertising for him (Not that he needs it), but as you said, not many English with your colour hair would go there…. 8k on finance isn’t that much a month over 5 years so I would go for it Would also give your channel more longevity and build subscribers…. Nice surprise to see an upload and well presented as usual. Different and more intriguing than other channels. Look forward to the next one 🤩

@@Lazaruos89it takes 2-3 years after scheduling the consultation to come in. Then after the consultation it’s 6-12 month to receive the operation.

Great video and I think it would look great if Couto lowers it 0.75 -1cm. I would like to know what the length of your forehead is right now; measured from tip of the eyebrow to start of the hairline

Hello, nice video! I have a question, I also have a consultation with Dr. Couto on April. So the price per graft is 4.5€ if you haven't had any previous hair transplant as you said, any discount if you reach a certain amount of graft? The price changes if the transplant is done in the crown area instead of temples? Thank you again :)

Wow, it's amazing that you got a consultation with FUEExpert! They're very tough to get an appointment with. I think you avoided a big risk by not having temples done in Elithair, I seen another KZreadr who had to get some transplanted temple hairs removed due to misplacement. How do you feel about your natural temples as they are? Personally I think your hair transplant as it is now is incredible, but I understand the desire to chase perfection. Another clinic that does a great job with hairlines, temples/temple peaks is Eugenix in India, they're also cheaper. I'd recommend you take a look at some cases from them. :)

I’ve always hated my temples. Particularly on my right side. Always felt like they look weird with how they slope in, even when I was younger. I’m definitely doing to keep doing research.

Great video. I have a question for you, if you'd be so kind as to take a look at it and answer: I'm curious what methods he employed to determined your first drawn on hairline height. Depending on the surgeon's philosophy of where the hairline should rest, different conclusions can be made. These may include, but are not limited to these two methods: 1: Using your lower 2/3rds as a reference to calculate your 'ideal' upper third height, and drawing the hairline based on this 2: Using the top of the frontalis muscle, with a finger's width above it, and drawing the hairline based on this. Etc. If you raise your eyebrows up as high as they go to create wrinkles in your forehead, how much space is there between your top most forehead wrinkle and your current hairline? Certain hair surgeons indicate that the 'natural' hairline falls at about finger's width above your top most forehead wrinkle (which is the top of frontalis muscle). I am curious if the first hairline he drew for you followed this idea of the hairline being just above the frontalis muscle, or if he decided to use your facial thirds as the primary justifications, OR if he employed another method. He drew the hairlines purely from his eye. No tools were used at all. Personally, I felt the first one was quite ridiculous. I agree with you about using the highest muscle point and allowing one finger to be placed above between the hairline. I felt like the first hairline he drew would’ve been too close to the muscle.

Hi mate, I've been following your progress since the beginning. I've even had a transplant myself! I think your results are brilliant, and in my opinion, I don't think you need the extra surgery. However, I can understand why you'd want it, and if its something thats affordable, then good luck to you. Keep up the content! I'd be intrigued to see how your 2nd surgery goes, and what the results look like. I had surgery in the UK. 1200 grafts for £4000, so for what you're getting there from the best surgeon in the world is good value. Best of luck!

@@ZeoWorks I would say I was around the NW2.5 mark. My hair is very thick, and the aim was to just lower the hairline. 😄

I'm Spanish, did same research and my conclusion was the 2 best surgeons in the world are in Spain lol... I guess we are lucky. 1life long decision, go to the best or don't. Money difference is big but not a lot for a life decision lol... think about cars lol.. Turkey?? Nah... Couto is the best in first hair line. Lorenzo is the best in low density midscalp. So my recommendation for your case just do it! And take medication all your life (if you didn't have any big side effects). And I share your opinion, 1st drawed line was too low. 2nd ok. You don't know how you will be in 10 years. Most important is keep as much grafts as possible for future transplants if needed.

I stopped using it completely 12 months after the transplant. Just eased off for the last few months before stopping altogether.

Turkey was a good choice. Results wise .

You don’t need it brother! Hairline is perfect for your age.. we cant always seek perfection. But if it bothers you do what makes you happy.

Nice info on Dr couto, he is on the top of my list but now I'm worried that I may be at the bottom of his after seeing your video. So I guess I need to draw up a list of back up surgeons incase Dr couto takes ages. Would you mind sharing the best surgeons and clinics in UK?

I'm in the same situation after one decent transplant compared to some of the best ones but a good one compared to my wallet. It could have been better but for that money damn enough. What is your decision for now mate? You going for Fue Expert or the waiting still in progress?

Yep, 1mg of Finasteride about 4 or 5 times a week (I just forget to take every day). Vitamin D and Biotin too.

brother go and have the surgery there is nothing better than feeling good and having a good mental health, since money comes and goes but always looking in the mirror seeing the front line because you are not satisfied that tires the mind and depresses you And I'm sure that you on the street compare yourself with people who have good hair and say why wasn't I born that, really go for it

Interesting. Never heard of him. Just checked his website and they actually charge €1.50 per graft if you’re willing to send back update pictures. Free flights and accommodation too at 2000 grafts or more, which would be €3000 - over €7000 less than Couto (with flights and accommodation factored in). Do you know much about his clinic?
